This is our second time staying in this unit for a Fall trip to Breckenridge. The location is perfect - equally convenient to the grocery stores in Frisco and the shops of Breckenridge. Centrally located with easy access to hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities. The unit itself is beautiful and very well-stocked for a great Breck vacation.

The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here. The only problem was one of the garage doors that did not open, there was a problem with the door. It opened for about ten inches then closed.They said that tge maintenance would be there the next day but no one showed up

We loved the house, the location, the neighborhood and the nearby amenities. Communication with the host was not great. We requested a paid early check-in, and host never followed up on that. Also, the dryer was not operating for most of the week and no service was ever provided as promised. Overall, a great place to stay as long as you dont have any communication needs or problems with the home.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the home, its location, the neighborhood, and the nearby amenities. We do want to clarify a few points in your review. Your request for a paid early check-in could not be accommodated because the property was occupied immediately before your arrival and was not ready until the standard check-in time. Had the home become available earlier, we would have contacted you. Regarding the dryer, it is inaccurate to state that no service was provided. Our maintenance team visited the property multiple times during your stay in an effort to resolve the issue. The repair ultimately required a replacement part, which was ordered but unfortunately did not arrive until after your departure. We communicated this to you more than once during your stay, so you were fully aware of the status of the repair. We regret that the dryer could not be fully repaired before your departure, but we do not agree with the characterization that we failed to communicate or failed to address the issue. Our team responded, followed up, and kept you informed throughout the process.

This house is amazing! We would 100% stay here again. Tons of space for two families, well stocked kitchen (although there was no salt/pepper, so bring that if you plan to cook!), hot hot tub, sleds, shovels, warming fireplaces, comfy beds, and oversized garage. Also - large mudroom with tons of coat hooks, storage cubes, and even a long boot/glove dryer. We're hoping to make our stay at this home an annual one - it was perfect!

Awesome stay in Breckenridge

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property! It was extremely clean, easy to navigate, and the directions were super clear. The location can't be beat!

Fantastic accommodations!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful rental for our trip to Breckenridge. It is in close proximity to both Breck and Keystone. The home had a really nice layout for our group with no shortage of areas to sit and relax. The added bonus of boot and glove dryers in the laundry room was icing on the cake for me — what a thoughtful and appreciated feature to have at the home. This was our second rental through SCMR and I will definitely use again — hopefully with this same home too.

Wonderful Experience

Our three little family units loved staying here! Check in was smooth, there was plenty of room, the amenities were wonderful, and the location was perfect for all the activities we did. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

Breckenridge Trip

We were very surprised at how beautiful and clean the place we rented was. We never had any issues and we were so close to downtown. We will absolutely rent again!
