This gorgeous townhome is in the PERFECT location! 7 minute walk to Peak 9 and downtown Breck. The townhome is fully updated and a perfect fit for large family gatherings! Eagle Ridge Townhome has a free town shuttle stop right in front of our complex, only feet away from our door, which makes for a quick ride to any of the Breckenridge lifts and town if one prefers.
We can't wait to host you!

This sunny 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo has a spacious floor plan that seamlessly flows from the kitchen to bar to dining room and living area. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops and top of the line appliances so you can eat-in if you are on a budget or make breakfast in the mornings, and hit the slopes! There is enough space at the dining room table (with expandable leafs) to seat 10 people and there is also bar seating for a quick lunch off the slopes.

Great place

Place was perfect for our group of 8. All had beds, kitchen was open, huge dining table, and spacious living room with comfortable furniture. Bus to lifts was very crowded but walk through woods or on sidewalks wasn’t bad. Really nice hot tub.

Great place with a few very fixable snags. Great Owners! Would def try again

Excellent location, great for families or large groups that need 3 or 4 separate areas to sleep, hang out. There's a nice park across the street with a creek great for kids. 5-10 min walking distance to Main St. & free trolly picks & drops off about 50 ft from door. Easy check-in & check-out process. The few imperfections we had were very fixable. A gentleman servicing the hot tub walked in unannounced, giving everyone a scare. Owner was quick to respond, handle the situation. There was a large black clump of hair in master shower. Many dirty dishes in kitchen. One of doors had trouble locking. Downstairs cable TV wasn't working & we informed Owner, they offered to send handyman but we chose to work around. Communication & owner were awesome, very fast to respond always offered solutions to every inquiry. The mistakes seemed to be made by the vendors servicing unit (cleaning crew, hot tub company). Good help is hard to find esp. In 2024, we get it. May have caught bad week too, which happens to the best of us. Overall it was a great place! Spacious. Very clean for most part. Would def consider again, give another try. Again, owners were A+++. That goes a long way. Hope vendors improve as our guests weren't as forgiving with some of the items. Thx!

great location

The Brown South Free Ride is right outside so it was great not to have to walk or find parking. Layout of the home is spacious. Great to have pool table, hot tub, and laundry. Property manager and owners were very helpful, quick to respond, and fair when we needed assistance. Would recommend. Thank you.

Great property

Beautiful Condo with tons of room

Had an awesome stay catching up with friends and hitting the slopes! Condo was very nice and open even more so than expected looking at the pictures. The bus was located right outside making getting into town easy for those who did not ski. They had every appliance you could need and great amenities including a double shower head in the master bathroom, a hot tub, and parking for up to 4 cars. Will definitely keep this on the radar when looking to book in the future!

The unit is really nice and had plenty of room for our group of eight. One issue - when we arrived the outside temperature was in the 20s and the thermostat was set on 50. We arrived at 3:30 in the afternoon and froze all night - slept in leggings, sweater, beanie and gloves. It was 24 hours before the temp reached 70. Have them verify the temperature setting before you arrive. And the fireplace did not work.

Great Spot

We enjoyed out stay - It was more than comfortable for our family of 5 and the town is just a 10 min walk. The kitchen was well stocked and lots of games. We had a few issues with the jacuzzi being dirty when we arrived and not always staying hot but they were very responsive and sent someone to fix it. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Had a wonderful time in Break, this home is wonderful, the owners were very helpful in addressing, very quickly, any issues that occurred. We hope to return to this location again.

Nice and big in a great location

The unit is plenty large and comfortable. The location is a short walk downtown and there is a bus stop right outside. We had issues with the hot tub while staying but they were resolved quickly by the host.

Location and a View

The house was amazing. Had everything we needed, and then some. The location was just a few blocks from Main Street and had wonderful views of all the peaks. I would highly recommend, and we will be staying again!

Place was nice…

Everything was great just a few problems with cleanliness. Pulled out couch beds and they had stains. Pretty disappointed but the cleaning crew came out to clean. Place is walking distance to town and very quiet. Nice and spacious! Tons of rooms!!

Great location and space

This was a great property for a group or couple of families. The home and kitchen were very spacious and location was a short walk to the slopes and right next to a bus stop for easy access to town. Plenty of great amenities for ski/snowboard and in home entertainment. Slight issue with fireplace / hot tub but I’m sure it was just unfortunate timing - owners were very accommodative otherwise. Highly recommend.

Nice home, had some minor issues with the fireplace the host is addressing and the oven had an issue that the host had repaired immediately. Great location, Breck community bus stop directly in front of the house!

Girls Ski Weekend

Roomy condo with enough space for all of our skiing and snowboarding gear. It was extremely convenient to pick up the Grey South right outside and walk to/from town. Definitely recommend to large groups who want to enjoy the mountain and village.

Great place for a group of 9 people - convenient location

We enjoyed out stay at Eagle's ridge. super convenient that the shuttle stops right in front of the property so easy to get to the lifts. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 is a few small things: the bunk room is very small and the top bunk mattress wasn't comfortable (but she used the inflatable bed available in the closet). the master bedroom is great - but very firm foam mattress. upstairs bed in loft is separated by curtains so less privacy. fireplace appliance is a bit finicky. That said, everyone loved the place and the price was good.

Before Christmas Ski Trip

Property is very well designed and comfortable. We did have trouble with the fireplace and did get help from the PM, but it worked only 1/2 of the time, and when it did it took several attempts. We had to purchase batteries for the TV remote. Considering the cold snap, not having the fireplace 100% of the time in the evening was a disappointment.
