It is located on a private 1 and 1/2 acres. This is a unique opportunity to experience the Laurel Mountains with the privacy of your own mountain rental home. You will find this home to be a beautiful rental at a reasonable price. There are two very large decks to relax on with enjoying the atmosphere. One is located just off the kitchen with the grill and seating. The other deck is off the front that has a beautiful mountain view with a 6 person hot tub.
The Great room has cathedral ceilings, a ceiling fan, and plenty of space for the guests. There are plenty of windows to let in the natural light and beautiful wooded scenery. All of the ceilings in there are natural oak.
There is a stone fireplace and a flat with a Roku. We have added a unique and natural beautiful bar/table along with seating for 8 guests to dine. The kitchen includes all major appliances and cooking utensils.

The home has 5 private bedrooms. The master bedroom (#1) is located on the main level just off the kitchen and great room. There is a large pillow top queen bed. There are two large private loft bedrooms (#2 and #3). Each bedroom has double beds and dresser. One has a television and DVD player. Step out of the bedrooms and you have a walkway that overlooks the great room. There is also a desk area there so you can read, work, or view of the great room.
In the downstairs area there is a common area, laundry room, and two additional (#4 and #5) bedrooms. The #4 bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and large closet. The #5 bedroom has a king bed, dresser, and television with DVD player. Also in the lower level is another common area with electric fireplace and dart board. There is a futon bed that provides additional sleeping accommodations.
There are 1 and 1/2 baths. The master bath has a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer. The huge hot water tank has unlimited hot water, so many guests can shower without running out. The second contains toilet, sink, and mirror.
