Welcome and thanks for considering our home for your vacation.

Please scroll down to the "Ask owner a question" button instead of the "Request to book" button. We prefer communication before accepting a rental. We have shared some information about ourselves and our home and would like to know a little about you.
Save $$$ off resort rates by booking our vacation home at Point Sebago. Our 900 square foot, open concept, four season home with cathedral ceilings, a second bedroom loft and central A/C is located in the Point Sebago community. We are located near the 1st tee on a championship 18 hole golf course yet we are minutes from the beach area and the 5-star activities of Point Sebago.
Our charming non-smoking homeā€™s amenities include a full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, toaster, coffee maker and blender to name a few. There is also a DVD player, Wi-Fi , board games and books for your enjoyment. A new addition to our home is a laundry room in the basement with washer and dryer. Our home is located on a corner wooded lot allowing privacy for our guests. There is a grill located on our deck and all the BBQ tools provided for your grilling pleasure. Our backyard fire pit is one of the nicest on the resort and you will enjoy many evenings relaxing by the fire. All you need to bring is towels, pillows and linens ( blankets and comforters will be provided) and everything else you need for a fun-filled and relaxing vacation is already there waiting for you to arrive!!!!
Summer rental includes access to all the amenities of the Resort, which comprises of Day and Evening Five-Star Supervised Childrenā€™s Camps and Activities (ages 3-20), Marina with Boat Rentals and Slip Rentals, Beautiful 18-hole Golf Course with Pro Shop, Onsite Lakeview Restaurant, Snack Bars located at the Lake and Golf Course, Adult Happy Hours, Family and Adult Evening Entertainment, Sebago Lounge and much moreā€¦
Keep in mind there is plenty to do in Maine during the fall and spring months also. The course is open in the spring and fall. We are an hour from Portland and closer to Freeport outlet shopping. Also, there are hiking trails and apple and berry picking farms nearby.

Beautiful, immaculate home

We rent at Point Sebago every year, and this is hands-down the best rental weā€™ve ever had. Itā€™s a beautiful home, everything is immaculate, it had everything I needed for cooking, and the fire pit is amazing. The loft was a nice way to give kids their own space, and the open floor plan was ideal for game nights. The owners were very helpful, and we hope to rent from them again soon.

Amazing property at Point Sebago

This was our second year renting at Point Sebago and it did not disappoint! The house is large and open enough for a family of 4 to have their own space and the corner lot offers some privacy for the fire pit. I had some questions about the loft sleeping arrangements before we arrived and Kelly was very helpful and responsive. We especially loved the amenities--an in-house washer/dryer is a real luxury! We look forward to returning next year!

Fantastic vacation

Vacation home was beautiful and well kept. Everything we needed for cooking meals was at this home. Of course it is also close to many restaurants too. Beautiful back yard with lots of privacy. Hope to rent again another time.

Clean and comfortable home on private lot

Home was impeccable and plenty of room for a family of 4 or more. Nice corner lot with surrounding woods. Owners were very responsive and rental process was smooth. Would highly recommend this property.

Clean and Updated

We stayed at this lovely home in August 2020 and had a great experience. The owners were incredibly respectful and available as we navigated COVID restrictions and concerns. The house was well appointed and so clean! I would 100% stay here again!

This house is beautiful, clean and very comfortable to stay in. Yard and fire pit beautiful!

This house is perfect for a family vacation. Roomy, comfortable and clean! Lots to do at the resort, golf tennis, family games, swimming, fishing, boating and more! Loved making fires in fire pit! Owners were great and friendly to deal with. We would rent from them again!

Great vacation!!!

We had a great time! The house was beautiful!! The central A.C. was such a bonus! Owners were great! The kids loved riding in the golf cart. This was our first time at Point Sebago. Sorry we didn't do it when the kids were smaller. So much to do!! We would definitely vacation there again.

Great Property

A great property well looked after and has pretty much everything you may require whilst staying. Only comment would be we stayed mid week at the end of the summer season and other than golf it is a pretty quiet place.

The Perfect Family Vacation

From the minute we arrived until minute we left things could not have been more perfect. The house is not only beautiful, but very homey and comfortable. The dining room and living room have a gorgeous vaulted ceiling that opens up the place and makes it feel so airy and spacious. The backyard was definitely the best I saw in the resort by a lot. It was very private and a large enough area for my kids to play while we sat on the deck and enjoyed the ambiance. Whether enjoying the first cup of coffee early in the morning or grilling out for lunch or dinner, the deck was one of our favorite things. The house was far enough away from the main part of the resort to be relaxing, private and a nice respite from the chaos but only a quick 5 minute golf cart ride away; which my kids really enjoyed! The resort has activities all day long for both children and adults as well as entertainment and activities in the evenings. It was wonderful to be able to relax and enjoy the days with my husband on the beach while my kids had the time of their lives competing in all the tournaments and activities that the resort had. The Pirate Cruise is not to be missed. It was one of the most memorable parts of our trip, but book as soon as you get there as it fills up quick. We will be back not only to the resort but to this fantastic home that was perfect in every way for our family vacation. The owner Kelly was very responsive and kind. I highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful home with all the amenities needed for any size family. The house and propert is very well maintained and features a beautiful flower garden. I enjoyed sitting on the deck watching all the birds and butterflies pass through. If you are looking for a lot of fun and or some relaxation this his the home for you. Beautiful home and great resort

Lovely new home with everything needed. We spent a lot of time on the deck and around the great fire pit. Perfect location within resort on a quiet street. The resort has much to offer. My son rented also and my grandson participated daily in the children's activities. My husband enjoyed the golf course on three occasions. Easy drive to N.H. or Portland for day trips. Would recommend for all ages.

We had a wonderful time because the house was very spacious yet cozy. We had some cool, rainy nights and we were able to relax in the living room as if we were home. It was such a nice touch that you had good movies on DVDs. They bedrooms were very comfortable.

The house was beautiful and provided almost everything a family with busy teenagers needed. The only thing we wish we had access to was a washer and dryer. A beautiful home and wonderful family to work with. We look forward to returning next year.

Happy Family!

This house had everything and then some. Very quiet and well maintained. The neighbors are so friendly and nice. There was plenty to do for all ages from 9-17 for my kids. The hubby and I will be back for sure!

annual summer vacay to Pt Sebago

We vacationed in Pt. Sebago for several summers, and rented through vrbo with much success. We found this home to be very well maintained, and spacious. The owners were very accomodating and responsive. We loved the firepit, and the privacy of the backyard. The kids loved the loft area with the bunkbeds, and the furniture was super comfortable. The only thing missing was a bath mat--I know that may sound trivial, but the floor was very slippery when you stepped out, and we didn't have any extra towels to spare. We thoroughly enjoyed the home, and Pt. Sebago, and I would highly recommend this place!

Great Family Vacation Spot!

We had a wonderful week at Point Sebago and truly enjoyed our accommodations. We had stayed last year in a park home closer to the Lake and activities, but staying here (for about the same money) was far more comfortable and relaxing. It really felt like home, which was the experience we were looking for. My husband and son particularly liked being close to the golf course, and my daughters enjoyed riding their bikes down to the Lake area. When we had to bring all our stuff to the Lake, it was never a problem finding a parking space. We were initially concerned that we didn't have a golf cart (they were all booked through the Resort), but we did not miss it. This spot is perfect for families or people looking to golf or relax in a beautiful location.

Great weekend!

We stayed at this property for Memorial Day Weekend with friends and our children. The house was great. It was clean, modern and had plenty of room for the 7 of us. The resort was great with many activities to keep everyone busy. We cannot wait to come back! We would definitely rent this property again!

Beautiful home inside and out with all the amenities

We stayed in this beautiful spacious home that is on a quiet, private road. The house is very clean and well kept. Our teenage daughter and her friend were able to walk to the lake and swim or rent kayaks during the day (15 min walk). At night, we sat around the fire pit and enjoyed the starry sky. The full kitchen and dining area made meals very enjoyable and the propane grill on the large deck for BBQ was a plus. There are many activities to do in and around Point Sebago. Seacoast Adventure Park for thrills or a relaxing boat ride on the Songo River Queen in Naples (both located with-in minutes down the road). The owners are very nice, take pride in the home and communication was excellent! The whole family had a great time and is looking forward to another vacation here next year.

We live in Plymouth, MA and have been vacationing at Point Sebago since our children were young. They are in their 30's but still love Point Sebago.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

The property abuts state forest in the back and on one side allowing us lots of privacy. We are close to the golf course but can bike or walk to the beach anytime we want.
This vacation home allows more luxuries than the resort cottages including central air, a fireplace, full sized appliances, dishwasher and roomier living space for around the same price.
