NOTE: Point Sebago has instituted a new rental registration fee of $10 per guest per night. This charge will be paid via check made out directly from you to Point Sebago. We apologize for this unfortunate change.

Spotless condition - you'll appreciate the cleanliness of our unit. We want you to relax and enjoy! Be our guest! Everything for a great vacation is here at Point Sebago, including 'rainy day' schedule of activities.

The summer 2025 rent is $2400.00 per week, Saturday to Saturday. Spring and fall rate is $300 per night. We are closed November-April. There is a $300 refundable damage deposit required. Private golf cart available.
We are on Sebago Woods Way, 200 yards to the beach and a short walk to marina, playground, kids water park, beachfront restaurant and lounge with pool tables and dartboards. Sports complex with tennis and sand volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, complete with free use of sports gear just at the end of our street. Boat rentals, boat slip rentals, golf cart rentals for resort use. General store has essentials and souvenirs.

Cottage comes with all cooking and dining equipment, utensils, etc., plus coffeemaker with filters and coffee. Three TVs with cable - sunroom TV has DVD and VHS also. Large deck out back with patio set and grill; large fire pit area and seating in back yard.

Fun family getaway

We had a great week! The cabin was perfect for our family of six. Plenty of room and having the two bathrooms was great. Not to mention the short walk to the beach.

Wonderful and spacious

This cottage was terrific and the owner Nan was wonderful. We had a glitch with the cart and she quickly resolved it for us. She was warm and personable and so helpful. The cottage was perfect for our needs, the living area was bright and spacious, the beds comfortable enough for a cottage and the kitchen was well equipped. Location was great, just a short cart ride to the beach and all the amenities that Point Sebago has to offer. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Perfect spot for a family getaway

The property is exactly as described and has everything you need for a family getaway. The owners could not be nicer, the communication with Nancy was amazing and we can’t wait to return for our next trip.

Clean and Bright

We were so happy with our first stay here. CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. We felt very comfortable. Even when there was rain the place was still bright and cheery. I have already rebooked for next year!!

Perfect Location and Great Place!

The place was great. Everything you need is provided and it’s a great location close to everything. Very clean, cable, wifi, and a nice area in back with a fire pit. We loved it and highly recommend renting from Nancy!

Great stay

Me and my family are very familiar with point sebago resort and this property is in the best location. Spacious camp with all the things you will need for a small family. We had a great stay and would stay again.

First time in Sebago and fell in love with it!

Sebago Lake is just beautiful and the Point Sebago Resort offers something for everyone! The O’Hallorans cottage was in the perfect location . The cottage was clean and well equipped and had A/C which was wonderful in the 90degree heat! Nan was wonderful and accommodating right from the beginning and she was very available for any questions we had!

Love this place!

We have spent a week here, each summer, for the past 3 years. The owners help to make it such a great experience and are always available if needed. The unit is stocked with all necessary amenities and is always found to be super clean. The back deck with a grill and a firepit with seating is also a plus. We look forward to returning again in July!!

Been coming to Point Sebago for 30 years. Our kids grew up vacationing here. Such a great experience, we wanted to own a vacation property here. Now the grandkids can have as much fun as our kids did!
