Lucas was a great guest, cooperative with neighbors, and he did a great job learning to negotiate driving in the snow up on the hill!

Family Christmas Vacation

Gorgeous views and very clean. Well stocked kitchen and supplies. Prior guests left behind staples, like sugar, coffee, salt, pepper, spices and laundry detergent. Management very responsive to questions and our needs.

Great Location, awesome views

Ski In/Out is possible but certainly isn’t the easiest to find. The ski out is at the corner of the parking lot by the trash building. You go across the slope from there and into the trees. You do have to cross two small bridges and then onto the green run to the bottom of Peak 9. Ski In is access is tough too and required some hiking and close tree run. Overall is possible for skilled riders/skiers. The place is nice and accommodating. Beds are firm. We had no issues with our stay.

Kyle was a wonderful guest! They were considerate and made hosting easy. We would definitely recommend them to other hosts in the future. Thanks so much for everything! Thank you for your review, the information will be helpful to future guests! We do advertise that the off-piste skiing outside our door is for guests who are comfortable with advanced/expert level terrain. For those who wish to ski less advanced terrain, the Warrior's Mark shuttle, part of the free town bus system can take you down the hill to access the base of Peak 9 with gentler terrain. Glad you enjoyed your stay at Eagle's View!

Great view of ski runs

Check-in a little cumbersome because sometimes finding parking is a bit of a challenge in downtown Breck. Person checking us in said only one car allowed for our unit, but website clearly said two cars allowed. Luckily, someone in back office overheard our conversation and came forward to confirm two cars are allowed. Disappointing the check-in person wasn’t fully knowledgeable. Otherwise, everything else was great. Unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Nice views from the deck. Would stay there again.

BBQ and deck are seasonal

This townhouse is spacious and comfortable. It is good that we read previous reviews and knew to get 2 parking permits. The basement heat wasn’t working and it was quite cold, though a space heater is provided. The master bedroom radiant heating in the floor also wasn’t working so we reported it to the management company and never heard back from them. The owners do not pay for snow removal on the deck so we could not use the grill for cooking.

Ski In Ski Out Property onto Lower Lehrman

We stayed here with a group of friends (6 adults and 2 kids). There was definitely enough space for all us. No issues with the checkin process. We had to pick up the keys on Main Street. It is a great location, but only two parking spaces. I had to call ahead of time to confirm we would be given two parking passes. We actually had 3 cars together because of the times everyone was coming to Breckenridge, but airport road offers parking ($5 for weekdays and $10 for weekends). The property is clean and well maintained. There are two bedrooms upstairs each with a connecting bathroom. The middle floor had the living, dining, kitchen and bathroom. The basement floor had a bonus living space with bedroom, non-connecting bathroom and laundry room. This is an excellent ski in and out property. It is a bit narrow going through trees to get to Lower Lehrman and then onto the base of Peak 9. It’s a short walk through the trees before getting to the green run of Lower Lehrman, so it’s not a huge deal if you cannot ski or board all the way down. The shuttle stop was a little further than expected, but the property was so close to Main Street (5-10 minute drive) that we were able to drive to the morning snowboarding classes at Peak 9. No issues. I would definitely recommend staying here. We even got to see a few foxes during our stay as well.

Regarding the shuttle stop--the Northbound Gray Route bus stop is right across the street from the Cedars entrance; but true, the Southbound stop is further up the street near the Beaver Run chair. Fortunately it is downhill from that direction! Thanks for staying with us!

Ambas terrazas estaban copadas de nieve. al menos tenían un 1.20 metros. No había o no encontramos una pala para poder limpiar.El cancel del baño de la recámara principal, al abrir y cerrar, sonaba como si se fuere a caer.

Fall Rental at Breckenridge

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a very nice townhome with a well equipped kitchen, and a nice outside propane grill. There was plenty of room for two people, but it has beds for 8 people, and it would have been crowded with 8 people. It had very nice access to the Burro Trail, as well as several other trails on and around the ski slopes. The only issue with location is for riding the free city busses. The nearest bus stop is over half a mile away, down a fairly long hill. We never received any instructions as to where to leave the keys when checking out before the 10 am checkout time, which is the same time as the office opens.

It was very spacious for three couples and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for skiing in and out, and the shuttle stopped perhaps 100 feet from the door. Stunning beauty and a lot of hiking

My wife and I rented the property to spend week with 2 of our adult sons who live in Colorado and whom we don’t get to see very often. We are from Mn. Our dons are avid outdoor kids and showed up multiple beautiful areas. Had a great time.

A Wonderful Family or Group Stay

A fantastic location with easy access to slopes and downtown. This modern property is great for groups and families. This was our first family ski vacation out west and our stay was great!

Awesome place

We loved our stay and eagles view A1. The townhouse was perfect for our group and you simply cannot beat the views! The property was well stocked with everything we needed besides the groceries. The shuttle was convenient, and we loved being able to ski out, but we we’re not able to ski in because the trail was not marked and a neighbor advised us against it. Thought we might miss being close to town, but we didn’t! It was easy enough to get there by car/shuttle. The master bedroom was gorgeous, lots of games/books, and the extra living room in the basement was perfect for our kids. Only thing we missed was a hot tub. Highly recommend this property and hope to return sometime!

Easy check-in, roomy, kitchen well equipped and easy ski out access to #9 base. Free shuttle to Breck within 100 ft of front door.

Beautiful View. From Peak 10

Was comfortable. loved the kitchen and bathrooms . The master bath water pressure was off . We were in the middle of a snow globe which was great ! Difficult to ski out and ski in was not an option due to Peak 10 not being open . Would def Stay again

Pretty views

Clean property, pretty views - especially of the Aspen, easy check in and out. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Loved the heated floors in the master bath!

Beautiful location with great trail access

Quiet, serene spot away from the noise of downtown Breck. Walk out the front door and you have access to some lovely trails including access to a stream. All was comfy and very clean.
