Spacious upscale condo located in a forested area. Itā€™s an easy 5 minute walk to Quicksilver 6 lift, town, and trails. The condo is a great place for large families, groups, or 2 families. The unit sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. The condo has over 1,200 square feet of living space. The condo is adjacent to property pool complex. The condo complex is equipped with a sauna, laundry room, and 2 parking passes (additional parking downtown). Thereā€™s free WiFi and streaming TV (Roku capable). The condo is on the Breckenridge Free Ride route which will take you to all the lifts and the Gondola, downtown, or connections with the Free Summit Stage that will connect to other ski areas; Keystone, A-Basin, and Copper Mountain. The condo is a great place to curl up on the couch in front of a roaring fire and read a great book or play games with the family. The condo is located on the 3rd floor with stair only access. There are several landing areas before reaching the top.

What a wonderful stay and a wonderful host! Any small issue we ran into, there was an immediate response and fix. The condo is super clean! Dated and older, but very very clean. Comfy beds. We walked into town every day. Itā€™s super convienant to town. Definitely would recommend it to anyone.

Great stay

Great stay for a group of 6 friends if you donā€™t mind sleeping in bunk beds. Worked for us. Quick 5 min walk to the quicksilver lift. Hot tub is right next door, but is shared and was very crowded. Cozy place and would definitely stay there again.

Spring Break 2025

The location was perfect for skiing and enjoying the town of Breckenridge. Parking was good for a full size truck and full size SUV (2 families). The condo was a good size for 8 people. Only negative was the hall bathroom was a little small for a family of 4 to use daily.

We had a fantastic time. The condo was the perfect size for my friends and I. There were plenty of towels and the beds were very comfortable. We would love to stay again.

Spring Ski Trip

Nice property and everything in good working order. Only buzz kill was the hot tub and pool were closed and we didnā€™t know that. Would stay here again.

Nice condo. Very comfortable place to hang out. The spiral staircase to the lofted bunk bed room is a bit exciting. The dishes are hilariously high up.

Good Experience

Everything was good. We enjoyed our stay. In fact, the only tiny issue was we could not find the code to the dumpster in the unit. But we were able to call the front desk to get it. Overall we are very happy with the experience.

Great location

My family and I along with a our friends had a great time staying at the condo. Having 5 kids so close to the lifts/ski school came in clutch! We did have to cut the vacation short due to a family emergency but still would 100% recommend staying here every stay at Breckenridge!

Great location and space for 7 skiers!

We are a family of five, and two of our children took friends. The space was ideal for our group. We enjoyed the hot tubs and the convenience of being close to the Village and Downtown. Everything went smoothly and we had a great stay!

Quick ski trip

We had 6 adult people and the stay was supper comfortable. Everyone had their own beds and plenty of room. Walk to the chair lifts were about 150 yards. So easy in and out. Super easy check in and out. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a BEAUTIFUL condo for our big family ! Perfect location and super close to the downtown area. It's on the 3rd floor so lots of footwork. The kids loved it and everyone had space - it was just perfect !

Great Location, Nice Condo

Great location for skiing and Main Street. Ski in and out with a short walk. The loft is much better suited for younger people and kids. The staircase is tight. Very comfortable place. Great showers, plenty of towels and supplies. The fireplace is wood burning - we didn't realize that

Fun place with friends

Great place for a large group. Two bathrooms. One in the hallway everyone can share. The bunk room is lofted with no wall so you can hear everything in the kitchen/livingroom and the bunks were loud when you got in so not great for a light sleeper but great for our group. Loved the kitchen layout and balcony. Management was very responsive and super easy door code to get in. Would definitely come back!

Easy check in process and plenty of amenities

Condo was fantastic. Easy check process. Super convenient location, only a 5-7min walk to the lift. Out group barely had to drive anywhere, it was all within walking distance. Only warning to future tenants is that the loft gets pretty toasty, so ease up on the heaters as just an FYI if you have people sleeping up there, they had to shut off the heaters up there and turn the ones in the living area away down. But everything else is perfect! Great place and experience.

Great location, cozy condo

This condo is in a perfect location to the slopes! It was an easy walk to the Village Ski School and Quicksilver lift. It was so easy in fact, our 3 and 5 year old walked to and from ski school with us, even tired after a long day!! While the condo itself needs some updating, for the price it was great and still cozy. Keep in mind it's on the third floor of the building but it's in the same building as the laundry (bring lots of quarters $1.75 for wash and $1.50 for dryer). The pool and hit tubs are also close by! We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be back!

Large condo

There was plenty of room for our family and we had more people over from our extended family for meals from other condos. The floors are very thin and we had the people down stairs complain about our kids walking around. The condo was not very clean and needs an update. Very outdated cabinets and kitchen. The beds were not very comfortable. The price was a good value.

The condo is owned by two sisters and has been a joy in their lives and the lives of their children and grandchildren. The families use the condo from time to time but is honored to share it with others when the unit is vacant. Between the two sisters there are nine children and seventeen grandchildren. That is why the condo is booked up in the summer.... for kids and grandkids.
