Designer cabin w/ sauna & hot tub 1 mile from Bear mountain

Our 3150 square foot home features a first floor with a ski mudroom and a spa room. The spa room contains a large hot tub, sauna, lounge area, foosball table, 55" smart TV, and full bathroom. The lounge area can be used as an additional bedroom with a queen air mattress that is provided and sits in the closet.

Second floor is a loft living room with a brand new fireplace, state of the art kitchen, shuffleboard table, entertainment area w/ 65" smart TV complete with streaming services and DVDs, Sonos sound system, and a number of decks to relax and dine on. Gas BBQ on the deck with all the necessary grilling tools.

Third floor has the main bedroom with smart TV, ensuite bathroom and private deck. There are also two additional bedrooms each equipped with two twin beds and smart TVs.

In total, five uniquely decorated bedrooms and four completely remodeled and modern bathrooms. Only 5 minutes away from Bear Mountain, 8 minutes to Snow Summit, and 9 minute drive to the Village. Perfect way to stay close to nature without compromising any comfort or luxury.

Please note, this home is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. No Parties or Events are allowed. The home is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and authorities will be alerted if there is disturbance. Your deposit will be forfeited if there is a party or event at the property.

Other things to note
- The cabin has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. We do also have a very comfortable queen airbed and space to put it up in the spa/sauna room, which also has its own bathroom.

NO PARTIES
- It is a quiet neighborhood and loud parties are not permitted.
- No glitter, confetti, or other party favors which are extremely hard to clean up [Yes, we've had people leave confetti all over the house]. Failure to abide by these rules will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

PET POLICY

Please contact us prior to booking for Pet Approval. Please inquire with number of animals, size, training, etc.
- Additional Fee Required @ $25 Per Pet/Per Day
- Additional $500 pet deposit required
- We do have outdoor security cameras and will see if unauthorized pets are brought onto the property
- Unauthorized pets will result in forfeiture of full security deposit
- If we have approved any pets for your stay, please pick up all dog waste from the front, back and side yards. If any dog waste is left on the property we will charge $50 out of the security deposit (what our cleaning company charges us).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Do not use the decks or outside areas after 10pm. Sound travels far in the mountains. If the city receives a complaint call from a neighbor you could be subject to fines and eviction.

- Note: This is a family home in a tranquil and quiet neighborhood. We have pledged that our tenants will abide by our rental agreement & will respect the neighbor’s right to “quiet enjoyment” from 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Disturbing the peace is a City Ordinance Violation. Please be respectful due to sound traveling in the mountains. Do not use the barbecue after 10:00 PM. Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the property with no refund and additional fines from the city.

- Please do not move the shuffleboard table

- Please treat the house and the contents within like you would your own home.

- We are not responsible for any personal property left behind.

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS:

Checkout time: 10AM PST

Upon departure please:
- Take all trash and recycling, including bathroom trash bags to the trash and recycling cans located on the side of the house by the garage.
- Load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on normal cycle. If dirty dishes are left we charge $50 out of the security deposit (what our cleaner charges us).
- If we have approved any pets for your stay, please pick up all dog waste from the front, back and side yards. If any dog waste is left on the property we will charge $50 out of the security deposit (what our cleaning company charges us).
- Remove and dispose any open food items from the refrigerator.
- Place all used towels on the bathroom floor or in front of the laundry area.
- Leave all used beds open.
- Lower the temperature of the Jacuzzi to 80F.
- Turn thermostat down to 55F (only during winter months).
- Remove ash from the fireplace if you used it.
- Turn off all lights, ceiling fans and other electronics.
- Return living room fan to living room (in the corner by the shuffleboard table) if it has been moved during your stay.
- Put all furniture back to it's original location if anything was moved during your stay.
- Lock all doors and close the windows. To lock front door from the outside, simply press the “Schlage” button. You do not need to enter the door code to lock the door.
