The house was a great location and size. The bathroom amenities should include soap, better products and bigger towels to reflect the cost of the rental. And the hot tub was really dirty. Otherwise happy with everything

Had a great stay! The cabin was clean and well appointed. It had everything that we needed during our stay. I especially appreciated that the hostess promptly responded to any question or request that I had during our stay. The cabin is also located close to everything, which was great! I highly recommend this cabin for anyone staying in Big Bear.

The furniture like couches needed some cleaning. Also the throw rug needed cleaning because of different spot on them underneath the kitchen table. I need a total new rug. The general cleaning was good of the house. Also location was great.

The house is perfect for a family or two. Lots of beds, and they are comfortable. It was the perfect house for 9 family members, and we could have fot many more. Grandma stayed downstairs so she did not have to climb stairs. This was perfect. The fire pit on the second floor was nice, and the location is amazing. It is a very short walk to The Village and the Marina. Great fishing right at the marina. We caught bass and catfish. A perfect place for our Big Bear vacation.

Our family had an incredible stay, and this home exceeded our expectations. We comfortably accommodated four generations of our family, and the layout gave everyone plenty of space to gather together while still having room to spread out.The location was one of our favorite parts of the trip. The marina is literally just steps away, and the Village, with its restaurants, shops, and activities, is only a short walk, so we rarely needed to drive once we arrived.The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Communication with Ella was outstanding from start to finish. She was proactive, responsive, and made the entire check-in and check-out process effortless.Coming from the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, escaping the desert heat for a few days in the mountains was exactly what our family needed. We made wonderful memories together, and this home was the perfect place to do it.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, conveniently located home for a family gathering or Big Bear getaway.

Top rated for cleanliness!! If you want to be steps away from the lake this is the home for you! The enclosed yard really helped out with the fur babies! Plenty of space and close to The Village!! Highly recommend!

Lovely home and convenient location

We are a group of 6 girlfriends who like to hike. Everyone had their own bed and with 5 bathrooms, there were no delays getting out in the morning. Coming back for a rest in the hot tub was delightful! Highly recommend this home.

We were a multi generational family spending some vacay together. The teenage boys really enjoyed the pool table. They had a pool table, TV and bunk beds in an area that could be closed off from the family which they really enjoyed. Enough bedrooms and baths for our family of 7 plus a golden. Amenities were thoughtful. Check in/out was very easy. House is close to the lake and not too far from the village. Hope to stay there again.

The appliances didn’t work well. We asked for a clean bbq (which eventually didn’t even work) but I had to clean it myself. We ended up cooking inside because the bbq was not heating up. The cookware was very old and broken. Not safe to eat of off. The furniture was cheap and uncomfortable. Pool table was falling apart on us while playing. There were nails sticking out of the deck and the stairs (board was broken). One of the kids tripped on the broken step and nail and got hurt. Broken window behind the bbq. Jacuzzi would not heat up. It was just a bad experience. We were not satisfied. They would not give us a discount for all the problems and inconveniences.

Nice overall, need little repairs

It was very nice overall. Dishwasher door was leaking water. Few light bulbs were out. Need little just in time repairs. I would recommend. Nice and clean. Thanks!

The house was really cute and in a good area. Inside the house was incredibly Smokey smelling from the nearby wildfires. But we each brought an air purifier which helped. Even know this house fits more people we only had 8, and were not provided any extra toilet paper or paper towel which was an inconvenience. Good stay

The property is nice, and the location is great, however i had few things to mention and that is why im giving 3 stars. Garbage can was full on the day we arrived, nobody emptied after the previous guest left. Heater was down in half of the house , the host offered to fix it, but only after one night has already passed, im not why the dont chefk it after the guest leave! We paid steep rate, but i dont feel i got what i paid for. Advertising EV charging just to find out that they have a normal plug, 1 m / hr, and they called it EV charging? False Advertising.

Our records indicate that the garbage can was emptied before your arrival, and the property's heating system was checked and operational. We apologize if there was any confusion regarding the EV charging, but we do provide a standard electrical outlet for charging electric vehicles, which is clearly stated in our listing. We take great pride in providing a clean and comfortable environment for our guests, and we regret that we were not able to meet your expectations in this instance.

Our family enjoyed the Fourth of July weekend at the property. Our college aged grandchildren enjoyed playing pool and the soaking in hot tub. We all enjoyed fireworks and s’mores in the top floor balcony. We had meals out on the deck with the lake view. Sunsets were awesome. We enjoyed walking to the village to browse and shop.
