Two level condo in downtown ocean city. 2 bedroom 2 bath with bay views from private balcony.. fully furnished.. extra care with cleaning. UV light sanitization after every rental.

Newly renovated with new flooring through out the whole first floor and new stainless steel appliances!

The space
2 level condo, fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath with a balcony with bay views. You cross only 1 street to get to the boardwalk! Leave your car parked in the secure gated building! 1 block to restaurants, bars, multiple ice cream shops, 7-11, water sports rentals, boardwalk, arcades, escape room. Yes all that is one- two blocks from the unit! You can walk everywhere from this condo. Amusement parks five blocks away.

Lots of utensils, silverware, plates, coffee cups, serving trays, pots and pans. Even a large one for crabs!! I use the space too, so there are tons of spices , and old bay!!

Bathroom- hair dryer. 2 rolls of toilet paper, and dispensers for soap and shampoo.

Due to corona— guest to bring there own towels. Sheets still provided but if you prefer to bring your own here are the bed sizes below.

There is also beach chairs, metal detector, and an umbrella for your use.A iRobot vacuum cleaner that cleans the first level by itself and self docks. You can manually bring it upstairs to clean the upstairs.
There are echo shows and an echo dot so you can say “ Alexa play a specific artist you like or set an alarm or ask what the weather is.
There is a computer for your use and scanner. High speed internet!

Other things to note
Very health-conscious. Every room gets UV light sanitation before every rental.


No more than the allotted 7 guests in the unit. There are security cameras outside unit. If more than seven your security deposit will not be returned and you will be asked to leave.

Please do not set air conditioner below 70 it can freeze up the evaporator coil and lock up the system.

Perfect for families

Great spot with everything we needed for a family of four. Very walkable to the boardwalk, beach, and local shops.

Wonderful property and Host!

The condo is perfect for a family visiting the beach! We so appreciated the communication with the host, easy check in and check out processes, and vicinity to the beach! We would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

Everything was great. It was a pleasant stay and will be staying again in the future :) The place had pretty everything we needed for our stay. They even had a pack n play for our little one! The boardwalk and beach were only a short walk. Pizza right around the corner. Definitely recommend!

Charming OC Condo!

The location was perfect and the condo was comfortable, well-stocked with all of the necessities of home, and very clean. The host/owner was responsive, answered my many questions pre/post trip. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Ocean City. My friends and I enjoyed the trip very much.

Great Little Place

Great Little Place for 4, can add 6 if you want to share a room.. Super clean, great location, lots of extras provided. Highly recommend. Only negative I have would be you only get 1 parking space. Other than that great place.

Close to everything and clean!

We have been coming to OCMD for over 30 years and our number one priority is cleanliness! And this place was very clean! I had several questions and the owner responded very quickly. Nice location on the inlet. Parked the car and hardly moved it. Short walk to the beach, Great location for food, shopping, entertainment, etc. Went every morning for a walk on the boardwalk and a cup of coffee (coffee shop 1/2 block away). Would definately stay here again.

Wonderful stay for my family

My family (2 adults 2 kids) and in laws (2 adults) had a fantastic experience here. Clean, comfortable, exactly as described. Great location walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, fishing pier and amusement park and easy to get back over the bridge for the Food Lion and good restaurants. The place had everything you need to cook meals which we did quite a bit along with chairs and beach stuff to use while we were there. Plenty of extra seating too (not pictured in the closet). Alex, the owner, was incredibly responsive and quick to resolve a question I had about something. Would highly recommend and looking forward to staying again in the future.

Hot

The property had a lot going for it, close to the beach and boardwalk, lots on amenities and secure parking. However there is a big problem with the upstairs being 15-20 hotter than the downstairs and even with four fans running. I would be very hesitant in renting it in the summer hot months.

Great location!

This location is great if you want to be close to the boardwalk but not the noise. The accommodations are great, and the communication of the owner is excellent. The second level can be a little warm on very hot days, but tons of fans are available. Overall, it was a great stay; we really enjoyed being close to the boardwalk.

Perfect Spot

Took a short family vacation (2 adults, 3 17yr olds). This place worked out great. Upstairs bedroom and bathroom for the boys so they had their own space. 1 block walk to the boardwalk and several restaurants made it easy to get to the beach with gear in tow and back for easy dinner. Gated parking under unit was nice. A little tight with bigger vehicles, but full size truck will fit. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend!

Clean place in a great location with secure parking.

The condo is very nice and clean. Its right in the middle of everything you want to do in OCMD and the secure under-building parking is a great feature. There are games and a TV with all the services if you end up with a rain day. Owner was very responsive.

Memorial Day Weekend

I booked this place for a girls trip on Memorial Day weekend. I was told it was located a block away from the boardwalk but it honestly seemed even closer than that! Perfect location for sure. The place itself was very clean and nicely decorated. There was a room on the first floor with a queen and single. Upstairs was a second bathroom and 2 queen beds. It did get very hot upstairs but there were fans provided almost everywhere. The best thing about this place is the roof deck! The view is so nice and we were able to be close to everything without having to deal with holiday crowds. 10/10 would stay here again/recommend to others!

Wonderful Cozy Condo

The place was super clean and truly as the pictures. I was super happy since some of the wedding guests complained about their hotel beds finding bed bugs! We went for my best friend's wedding with 3 children. The kids enjoyed their room and the TV. The HVAC wasn't working when we first arrived so it was humid and hot in the evening. We texted the owner, Alex, he was very responsive and fixed it the following day with a $100 refund. The walkout balcony is a nice touch, just bring your pull out chair and enjoy the scenery and the cars that were coming in for the annual car show so it was a blast. I would definitely rent this again when come next year!

Beautiful Property, excellent location!

This property is wonderful! The location is perfect- within walking distance to boardwalk, convenience stores, fishing piers, restaurants and more! The condo was very updated, and more importantly, clean. I’m very fussy and hardly ever find a place clean enough to make me comfortable - and I was very comfortable here. The TVs all had multiple streaming services available. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need. Lots of chairs available for use. Bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and didn’t feel crowded. The balcony is awesome with an amazing view. My kids loved watching the draw bridge! I liked that the property was gated and there was no public access to the parking garage, stairwells, or walkways. The room only comes with one parking spot but we didn’t have any problems finding a parking spot along the street for our second vehicle. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He even answered the phone when I called him late at night because I couldn’t figure out how to get into the parking area. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone and would stay here again!

Great place to stay.

Property was exactly as stated and perfect for a family. Property owner communication was great. Only downfall was as noted ac could only be set at 70 not lower and for us it was still hot especially upstairs even with using the fans provided.

Definitely will be back!

Alex was amazing! We had a very small issue with the air conditioning and Alex came and looked over everything and had a mechanic come right out. It was prompt and courteous both Alex and the service person he used. We loved how clean and spacious his place was and our boys 5yo, 4yo, and 2yo walked in and said “wow this is really nice!” The property was the perfect location and we will definitely be coming back!
