With 3000 m2 leisure ground: salt swimming pool, table football, petanque, table tennis, chicken coop, vegetable garden with strawberries and cherry tomatoes, large gas barbecue with plancha and grill, equipped outdoor kitchen and outbuilding adjoining the villa.<br>The accommodation<br>You enter through a living room of 50 m2 where the living room, the dining room, and an open kitchen are located. Then a corridor gives access to 2 bedrooms of 10m2 with 1 double bed each, a separate toilet, a bathroom and an office. From the outside you access an outbuilding of 30m2 adjoining the house. It is equipped with a double bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom - toilet. Sheets and pillows are provided. Cleaning is extra. <br><br>In the heart of the garden, you can discover many organic fruit trees and wooden boxes with plantations of various organic vegetables that you can taste.<br>Our garden is fully fenced and secured with an automatic gate. At the back, a small wooden hut shelters our 3 hens who will be delighted to offer you their eggs in exchange for good care.<br><br>During your stay, you can relax around the salt water swimming pool (8.5x4.5x1.5m) equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor solar shower. You can also enjoy your meals outside thanks to our fully equipped summer kitchen with gas barbecue, coffee maker, fridge and freezer.<br>For your moments of relaxation, a table football, a petanque court and a table tennis table under cover are at your disposal.
