The condo itself is located on a lower floor (above 1st floor parking garage), and is an easy walk up one flight of stairs for those who prefer not to wait for elevators. The view is breathtaking!

The primary bedroom and bath are spacious with a dressing area, generous closet and storage space and separated shower/toilet area. The guest bedroom is located adjacent to the guest bath for a private guest area. The complimentary Wi-Fi is updated, with a strong signal. Included is den area with a desk and monitor.

You will have direct, private access to the beach. Head out the door and walk out in the sand to the warm gulf waters. Sunbathe, swim and marvel at all the seashells. Then head back to Rivera Club's heated pool.

This location is at the quieter, south end of the island. Shopping and fishing are nearby. It's also a short drive to Bonita Springs and Naples. The nearby bridge is an easy way to exit the island.
