Thank you for your review, Marianna! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the room. We appreciate your feedback regarding the timing of the final instructions, we’ll look into how we can send those earlier to ensure smoother coordination for future guests. Regarding the room size, we do our best to provide clear descriptions and photos so guests know exactly what to expect, but we understand that preferences can vary. Thank you again for staying with us, it was a pleasure to host you!

Thank you for your feedback, Ashvarya! We are very happy you enjoyed the great location! We apologize for the internet speed, we use 100+ Mbps (good for 1/2 people & up to 6 devices). As for the chair, we did not have time to purchase and receive it within your stay days. We have noted this however and will see if it fits comfortably inside the room. In any case, we are sorry you did not have the experience you expected and we hope you will be back again to give us another chance! Thanks again!

Thank you for your kind review and feedback, Kate. We are happy you enjoyed the fantastic location and great views. Our housekeeping team always leaves the apartments in pristine condition, but in the event, that something is overlooked, we always try to make it right. In your case, we would've gladly sent housekeeping back if needed and requested. As for the balance payment, to avoid the number of fraudulent chargebacks that we experienced in the past (Miami has the higher ranking of fraudulent chargebacks in the USA) our attorneys and our bank recommended we swipe the card physically (via our square reader) with the same credit card that was used for the first payment. Unfortunately, the lack of honesty from some guests made us implement these rules. We always try to accommodate our guests' schedules and coordinate a time to meet with them. In any case, we are sorry you did not have the experience you expected and we hope you will be back again to give us another chance! Thanks again!
