Welcome to the Pink Chicken! A beautifully updated and bright 3 bedroom home on Anna Maria Island.

Freshly updated and full of personality, this ground-level home has everything you need for a carefree coastal getaway. With no stairs to navigate and space for up to seven guests, it’s as easygoing as island life should be.

Inside, you’ll find all-new furniture, comfy new mattresses, and cheerful tropical decor throughout. The primary suite features a king bed, cable TV, and a sleek ensuite bath with a walk-in tile and glass shower. A second king bedroom, and a third bedroom with a queen and twin XL, share the spacious hall bath and offer flexible sleeping arrangements for families or friends.

The fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a flat-top range, or take things outside and fire up the grill for alfresco dining in the backyard. After a day at the beach, kick back, relax, and enjoy the laid-back charm that makes The Pink Chicken truly one of a kind. Or, hop on the free island trolley just a block away and explore all the island has to offer.

The Pink Chicken serves up sunshine, sea breezes, and a splash of whimsy. Whether you're lounging poolside, cooking up coastal feasts, or just soaking in the pink-hued glow of a Gulf sunset, this is the kind of place that turns vacation mode on and never looks back.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

Pink Chicken OMG I love this name

My first adventure to Anna Maria Island and the accommodations could not have been cleaner or more convenient. The place was quite nicely decorated and comfortable. Nice coastal touch with the “pink chickens” hiding in the all the corners!😂. The crew at beach Boutique were very responsive and interested in making my adventure top notch.

Wonderful Pink Chicken

Despite a few complications at the beginning of our stay due to hurricane Ian, we enjoyed our stay so much! The Beach Boutique rental group provided us a comparable home to use until power was restored to Pink Chicken. The cleanliness of the home, the perfect pool, comfortable beds, and convenient location for restaurants and the beach made for a relaxing vacation.. We'll certainly miss The Pink Chicken as we head North again.

Clean, bright & inviting!

The property set-up was private, with a beautiful pool and gorgeous landscaping! The house was very clean and accomodating; there was also a bottle of wine with a welcome note when we arrived! Excellent hosts and communication. We will definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Pink Chicken.

The Pink Chicken was perfect for our stay with another couple. There was plenty of room to hang out together in the open living room/dining room/kitchen space. Each couple had its own bedroom and bath. The house is nicely decorated and the furnishings were comfortable and attractive. The house was immaculate which is always the most important part. The kitchen had most of the items needed to cook though we did our best to minimize cooking for ourselves. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus. The private pool was wonderful and we spent lots of time either in the water or sitting on the patio. The landscaping was very nice and added to the feeling of privacy. The beach is only two blocks from the house. It is huge and even with a number of people using it, it did not feel crowded. It is possible to walk to shops and restaurants if you don’t mind walking about a mile. There is also a trolley that runs about every 20 minutes. Parking can be a challenge in that area. We really enjoyed a dinner at the Waterfront and a late lunch at the Sandbar. We did have to wait at both places but the area around the Waterfront is good for walking and you can sit right on the beach while waiting at the Sandbar. I highly recommended the Pink Chicken-it is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed. I hope to stay there again.

Exactly what we wanted!

This was our first trip to AMI and we loved our stay at the Pink Chicken. The property description is spot on and it was a great space for our family. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the beach chairs and beach wagon were a big help. Restaurants, coffee, groceried, etc were close enough for a walk or bike ride. Thank you again! We'd love to come back and stay again in the future.
