Good morning,We had a great experience staying at this Condo. The Condo was very clean, very comfortable and well cared for. Also included were additional towels, bedding and beach extras,Having experienced Ocean Walk and the area, we always liked the easy access to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed watching 2 different space launches as well as swimming dolphins. We appreciated the opportunity communicating with the owners Chris, Jenny and their son when experiencing a minor household issue. They we kind and helpful. Our stay was the month of February, and it was lovely, quiet so enjoyable. Thank You Chris, Jenny and Mike we hope we left the Condo as clean as when we arrived.

Beach vacation

This condo was beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need for a stay there. The master bedroom suite is awesome. The pool areas are very nice. It's just a short walk to the beach. We would highly recommend this condo.

Great Condo

We had a marvelous time. The condo was spacious and lovely. We had everything we needed. We appreciated having the beach items: boogie boards, chairs, towels and wagon. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. Loved hearing the frogs in the evening from the pond right outside the balcony, it added to the 'Florida' experience. Highly recommend.

Great Beach Condo

We had a wonderful stay at this New Smyrna Beach condo. The condo was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked and having laundry available in the unit was great. We enjoyed having beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards all there and ready to use. It was a short walk to the beach, which was pristine and not crowded at all. We also appreciated the pools and gym equipment on the property. Location was great... not a crowded area, but close enough to do day trips to Orlando, Cape Canaveral, etc. We would definitely stay again.

The nicest Condo I've ever stayed in. Really comfortable Master Suite and Bed. The best stocked Kitchen EVER!!!! The screened in patio and view of the fountain was great!!! No bugs! Short walk across the street to the most gorgeous beach!! Great restaurants and shops. Loved it, and will be back!

Loved our stay!

Our family spent 10 wonderful days in this condo. The owners made everything very easy and communicated very well. The place was extremely clean and well organized and had everything we needed. The complex is clean, safe, scenic, and quiet. The walk to the beach was only 5 mins and we loved having access to the beach gear that was provided. The balcony view and space was great. No question we would stay here again!

What an unbelievable unit. Everything you ever imagine. Convenient walk to the beach, outstanding pool and hot tub and excellent parking garage with elevator and convenient carts to transport things to your unit. Property manager/owner was there for any questions you may have. We loved it as you can see

Excellent property. Close to beach and heated pool and hot tub.

Lots of cooking utensils, beach toys and adult jigsaws and games etc. No need to bring towels, beach towels or beach bag. No need to travel with lots of luggage to this condo !!! Would definitely be back 😎

Complete vacation experience!

This property has all you want in a vacation rental. Super clean and organized. 3 min walk to the beach and short drive to shops and markets. The outside closet was a great touch will everything you need for your trip to the beach. The washer and dryer was also great to have after our days at the beach. Would definitely rent again!

Over Due

Our Disney trip of 2020 was canceled. We decided that we would combine a beach trip and Disney all in one; two days spent at the park (the drive from NSB to Orlando wasn't bad) and the rest spent leisurely at the beach and the condo amenities, we had a great trip. This place is making us think that Florida should be a regular destination for us.

Perfect Stay

This property was better than expected. The kitchen was very well equipped. I enjoyed the fact that it had a crock pot. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The location of the property was an easy walk to both resort pools as well as the beach.

Great Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. I was pleasantly surprised that the condo was bigger than the pictures looked. It was very clean and the beach things like chairs and boogie boards and wagon were wonderful to have. It was very well stocked in the kitchen and lots of extra towels. It was a short walk to the beach. The owners were very helpful and informative. We would highly recommend this place.

Our family fell in love with the natural beauty and surf town charm of New Smyrna Beach ten years ago, and now it is our favorite getaway. Serenity offers proximity to all the activities and energy of Flagler Avenue, walking distance to a peaceful natural beach, and resort style condo to relax in at the end of the day.

We are not an investment company. This is truly our second home, and it feels like a home when you walk in. Go on a relaxing beach getaway, but feel like you're staying with a friend. The kitchen has what you need to prepare meals for your family because we do for ours when we're there too!
