A beautiful setting and a very comfortable home for a family/friends to enjoy all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Patricia was a great host and the property is as advertised.

Year of GREAT SNOW 2023

Very nice house but even more impressive was the quick response by owner Pat to any and all issues. Plenty of room for parking 5 cars and no hills which could make driving difficult. Hot tub is serviced weekly.

Beautiful beautiful property!

our stay was beyond relaxing!!! However we did run across a water leaking issue, when I emailed Patricia she had someone at the house to fix it within an hour! We appreciated the urgency so much, and will definetly be back!!

Fun for families

Great place that accommodated 4 families with kids. Pat was easily accessible by phone for all my questions. I had questions about how to turn on the master fireplace and could not figure out, so had her handyman come by to in a couple of hours to check out and assist. Highly recommend renting and hope to come back for summer fun.

First time in Tahoe one of the worst vacation taken

I rented this place out during the super bowl weekend. The owners were very informative and quick to respond to any questions I had. I was satisfied with this place because of all the amenities like the hot tub and the fireplaces with great view. Yes it was a great view but everything else didn't work. So excited to enjoy this vacation only to come to Tahoe and nothing worked.. When we first got to the place it was so cold and we tried turning onthe fireplaces it didn't work. The hot tub didn't work which is something i was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of wine. The owner sent out their maintenance people and spa lady but unfortunately they didn't fix anything. Long story short all the amenities other than the wood fireplace didn't work which didn't help the other parts of the house in a 30 degree weather. I was really upset but they said they would fix it the next day unfortunately nothing worked our whole entire weekend there from Friday to Sunday. Also after two to three people showering there was no hot water left and the shower would get backed up for my other friends or family that needed to shower. I was so embarrassed I had my friends and family join me in this vacation everyone splitting the cost and yet nothing was satisfying. Another thing was my friend got shocked by an outlet because the extension that was provided wasn't secured right it was put together by tape or wire looking things. It was not safe because we had kids in the house and with all these problems you would think the owner would check everything thoroughly before renting out to next guest especially if I notified them at least a month in advance about me wanting to rent for that weekend. I was so disappointed but I couldn't do anything about since I had paid already. This vacation was the worst but made it the best i could for the kids and I'm Hoping next time I'm not trapped in one if these again because they wouldnt accommodate or give or pay for the inconvenience of their home. I paid so much including a cleaning fee and yet still cleaned and picked up and they still manage to not give back my damage deposit back. I also recommend that anywhere you rent before touching anything or settling in make sure you're the first person to go in and take pictures of how you seen the house when getting there and pictures when leaving the house. They had the audaucity to charge me for supposedly moving things which that wasn't the case that ha

LOVE LOVE LOVE the STEAM SHOWER !!!!

This house is wonderful ! The pictures do not do it justice!! I would suggest re taking some better pictures! :) The view, the size of the house and the layout is perfect. I love that all the bedrooms have their own bathrooms! Decor is on point!

Group getaway

we really enjoyed our stay in this house ! We had 2 families . 5 kids ranging from 8-15. Plenty of space . The younger kids loved sleeping in the loft . The game room was very popular . Full kitchen with everything we needed . Clean upon arrival . No problems . One thing we would have liked is access to the kayaks and water craft . They were rented out to other properties .

Family gathering

I planned this trip as a Christmas Vacation for mine and my husbands family. The house worked perfectly for all the kids...the game room was GREAT and the loft is where theyall slept. There were 2 downstairs bedrooms with bathrooms which was perfect for the older guests who hate walking up the stairs. The two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs were also quite comfy, and I was told the steam shower was amazing!!! We enjoyed our stay to the fullest!!!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home (they were both beautiful :) ) and I'm sure we will be renting it again!!!

Great House For A Family Or Multi-Family Getaway!

We stayed at this property for a few days this past March. One of the great features of the house is that all the bedrooms are suites with their own private bathrooms, which is super convenient and works out great in terms of privacy, especially for those multi-family vacations. The view from the house is beautiful and we definitely enjoyed the wood-burning fireplaces as well as the hot tub! The house is also very kid friendly, with a game room and a multitude of toys, board games, movies and even plastic toy bins filled with treasures in the downstairs bedroom closets and kitchen. So if you've got kids, they will most likely be fully occupied in this place! Aside from toys, the house is also fully stacked with all the necessities and beyond: dishes, flatware, kitchen appliances, spices, towels, sheets, extra pillows and blankets, etc. etc. so don't pack too much stuff with you since you will most likely find everything you need in the house. Overall, it was a great trip and great fun was had by all!

Clean, great place for the family and dog friendly!!

The house has a great layout and worked very well for our large group (age range 1 - 70). The kids were very excited about the loft and the games that were offered. House was clean and having so many bathrooms was an absolute must with a large group. The dogs also loved the property and it is often hard to find such a great place that also allows pets, so this was a HUGE plus! Location is easy to get to - 15 minutes to the Casinos and an easy drive to Kirkwood our Sierra at Tahoe. The listing depicted the property acurately; however, a few of the games/amenitiies did not work (e.g. video games, foozball table). And although it was clean, there were a few broken items in the house -loft ladder and garage door. We also had a plumbing issue our first morning, but the owner was fantastic about it and someone out to fix it in less than 1 hour!!!!!! Overall, we had a great time and will be considering the same property again next year!!

Great Home!

We are looking forward to our fifth family reunion at this home! It has a wonderful first floor plan with living space and two bedrooms, perfect for grandparents or less mobile guests. Well appointed and maintained. Boat dock is in great condition. Deck is a great place to sit, relax, read a book or play card games.

We are Californians and we just love the mountains and the Lake. When we saw this home - we knew that we just had to buy it. It is perfect for large groups because it has 4 bedroom suites --- each with its own bathroom. The kids love the sleeping loft. And the rooms are spread out - no railroad effect so they are all very private. The bedrooms are very romantic - 2 have fireplaces & one a view of the water. I am happy to stay in any of the bedrooms. And the VIEWS! Wow - In the winter I can see the ski runs on Heavenly.... AND in the summer I can watch the boats pass by while I soak in my hot tub on my deck.... ...PERFECTION!

The Tahoe Keys Resort in South Lake Tahoe offers just about everything one could want in a vacation. It is beautiful all year long and there is always something to do - no matter the season. The Keys offers boating, swimming, fishing, water skiing, jet skiing, tennis & even volleyball. And that's just the summer activities! In the winter, there are several ski slopes to choose from - Heavenly, Sierra & Kirkland are all close. If you prefer the night life, there are 5 casinos just a short 5 mile drive. There are restaurants for everyone's budget and lots of cute tourist shops. I love the spring & fall when the crowds are gone and you can explore the coves, mountains, hiking trails & bike paths around the lake.
