The Tarpon House just became available again due to a major renovation!! We added a beautiful pool, all new decking, outdoor bar and bbq area plus added another 2 bedrooms, one of which serves as a second master with an in-suite bathroom) and another new bathroom! The house is now 6bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all completely renovated and up to date! Take a look at the updated pics!
House description:
The Tarpon House, situated on the beautiful wide Tarpon Canal in the heart of Key Allegro, has some of the best views and breezes in Rockport!
Along the private deck, you'll find a perfect spot to tie up your boat. The newly added swimming pool, outdoor bar/bbq area is the center of all the fun!! The underwater fishing light makes it easy to night fish.
Upstairs includes 3 bedrooms, all with king-sized beds, and two bathrooms. Downstairs has three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms! The house comes with 3 paddleboards, 2 sunbathing water rafts, a giant water pad, a kayak, and a ping pong table to enjoy!

The space
This house is spectacular and can't be missed! Great for families, extended vacationers, and anyone who wants a truly amazing and relaxing vacation!

The entire place (the owner keeps personal items in the mini-garage and the master closet which is locked)

Wonderful vacation spot on the water!!!

The Fulton House was exactly as advertised!! We couldn’t have been happier! We had a group of 8 adults and everyone had their own bed and plenty of space! So much to do at the house, over 3 days and 2 nights, we literally only left to get more food and drink!! Definitely will be staying here again and would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone!

Great place to stay, relax, fish and have fun

Exceptional property, best experience I’ve had with a VBRO rental, beautiful well appointed accommodations. Comfortable rooms and beds. Owners are great to work with. Swimming, games, fishing off the dock. We caught more fish from the dock than we did out with a guide! Highly recommend…can’t go wrong with this property! Enjoy!!

Light bright and open floor plan

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home on the water in Key Allegro. The house was amazing and had everything we needed! We caught some beautiful red fish and prepared a wonderful fish dinner in this fully stocked kitchen. Sitting down by the dock and enjoying some wine in the evenings was perfect! We hope to be back soon!

Awesome family hosting their property. They were very thoughtful and even provided us information on fishing guides and private chefs for the house. The home is awesome and has an incredible outdoor area. If you want to relax, you have found your spot and doubt you will leave the property. 5 stars

Get away with friends

What an amazing time we had! The house was perfect - bedrooms/bathrooms/king beds for each couple and a wonderful outdoor space that includes everything you need to relax. Jaimee was great - quick response time and easy, informative communication. We have used VRBO many times and this was an above average experience!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful house.

Great stay in Key Allegro

Our family had a great Thanksgiving together at this beautiful home on the water! Every amenity you could want: beautiful interior & furnishings, lots of space, comfy beds, nicely appointed kitchen, laundry room, 5 bedrooms + 3 full baths w/showers, 2 indoor tv's, games, great floorplan for all visitors, 3 convenient stairways, 2 huge covered porches. Ping pong table, 4 chaise lounges, swinging bed, chairs, &TV outside, gorgeous sunsets, good fishing from the relaxing deck w/fishing lights (caught two 29" reds from the deck!!!), fish cleaning station, gas grill. Awesome neighborhood. Great host was super quick to reply. It was a joy to be able to rent this lovely home!

Perfection!

We just returned from another great fishing trip to Rockport. This was our second time to stay in Key Allegro. The area is so close to everything you need and the neighborhood is so peaceful. Prior to booking, I contacted the homeowner with a few questions. Jaimee was so quick to reply and answered all my questions. After booking, I messaged her about a fishing guide as our regular guide was booked. She went above and beyond finding names and recommendations from her connections in the area. It was more than appreciated by our family! And, we now have a new favorite guide! We were a group of 8, two families of 4 with kids ranging from twelve to eighteen. The downstairs game room was perfect for the kids while the adults enjoyed the spacious upstairs and porch areas. The kitchen was fully stocked, clean and organized well for use. We had our favorite private chef cook at the house a few times over the week and while he brought many dishes, he didn’t need them because everything was already in the kitchen! The bedrooms are all beautifully decorated, clean with comfy beds. You can tell the home has been recently remodeled and everything was top notch. The best part of the home is all the outdoor living areas and dock. It was truly like being at a resort! We fished off the dock every day and enjoyed the multiple green lights at night. The fishing was literally crazy off the dock. We caught so many fish from redfish to drum and my niece even caught a forty one pound drum! It was exciting for everyone to see what we’d catch next! We can’t say enough wonderful things about this house, the homeowners/communication and our trip. We will be back sooner than later. Thank you for all the wonderful memories!
