Located less than four miles from Sugar Mountain Resort, this mountain home features a private deck with amazing views, a gas fireplace, and lots of space for up to four guests, making it the perfect combination of comfort and location. Spread out in the living room to enjoy board games with the family, play with the kids, or enjoy a good game on the large flatscreen TV. You'll love warming up next to the gas fireplace during those frosty winter months, especially after spending an afternoon on the awesome slopes of Sugar Mountain! Take advantage of the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances and ample counter space to cook up a banquet then serve your masterpiece over the large wood dining table while the dishwasher knocks out all the dirty cookware! With all the home's space, comforts, and attractive wall art, there will be no end to your enjoyment during your stay!

Would Stay Here Again!

Very clean & everything in excellent condition. Extremely quiet during our mid-week stay - perfect for a relocating vacation. Great hiking & restaurants nearby - Stone Walls in Banner Elk recommended. If there is snow you will need a four-wheel drive vehicle to access this mountain top property.

Peaceful and comfy

Loved the spaciousness of this condo. It is well-equipped and very nicely decorated. The views are spectacular, and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. We only used the master bedroom, but it was comfortable, although the bed is a bit hard for our taste. The shower and bath are really nice. Everything was clean and in order - the AC was repaired the next day, and the property manager procured and brought over 2 fans for our use in the meantime.

This place is absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to stay in the mountains!!! You will be so glad you stayed here!!! and thank you Vacasa for all your help during our stay. Perfect in Every Way!!!

This home is so beautiful and so comfortable. It offers plenty of space, a beautiful deck and a view that is amazing!!!!! The rate is very affordable!!! The home is very updated and well equipped!! It is decorated so beautifully and captures what the mountains offer. Love Love Love this place!!!

Very Comfy Condo with a View

Good comfortable furniture. Beds were comfy. Big kitchen table to play cards. Dishwasher is noisy as heck but that was the only "complaint." Would book again.

Excellent family rental, poor vacasa management

The house is very clean, neat, and has everything you need. They even decorated nicely for the holidays. Thoughtful things for people with kids like a stool in the bathroom for washing hands and brushing teeth, kids plates and cups, games, etc. Incredible view from the deck, living room, and master.

Amazing place!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was our first time at Sugar Mountain and it was fantastic! Fireplace and ski and bear decor totally made it. We would suggest having salt and ice melt available at the condo because we got an ice storm this morning and we’re stuck because the parking lot was so iced over we couldn’t walk on it. The jetted tub didn’t work either but Other than that wonderful and we look forward to coming back soon

Beautiful condo, cheap supplies

This is a nicely updated condo with fabulous long-range views from the expansive deck. The living room furniture is very nice, beautiful and comfortable. The king-size bed in the main bedroom was nice, though a little too firm for us. Unfortunately, the day-to-day supplies are reminiscent of a cheap chain hotel. Lightweight, mismatched kitchenware; stiff and scratchy bath towels; dollar-store paper towels and hand soap; a coffee maker that brewed lukewarm coffee. This is a lower level condo and you have to walk down a flight of stairs to access it - important to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage.

Perfect Condo

This was the perfect place for us as we were passing through. We had beautiful blue skies fortunately because the view from here is absolutely incredible. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Comfy beds and even a guitar to strum. Thank you very much for providing a great spot for us to hang out for a few days!!! Highly recommend for any season.

Absolutely Perfect!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Your Happy Place. The unit was spacious, clean, well appointed and had all the conveniences of home. The views were amazing and the private deck was incredibly peaceful. We can't wait for our next stay!

What an amazing place on Sugar mountain! The view is breath taking and the owners were so accommodating and nice. Had everything we needed from cell phone chargers, blankets, and kitchen and bathroom supplies. Highly recommend this special place!

Awesome View - Awesome Stay

Wonderful, roomy condo with huge deck and great view of Grandfather Mtn. We could even see the Mile High Bridge with our binoculars! Long range views to Hawk’s Bill, Table Rock & Humpback mountains are breathtaking. Lots of great hiking, dining, conveniences & activities within a short drive. The unit was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the puzzles and games, and cuddling by the fireplace. Thanks Vacasa!
