It overlooks 1.5 picture perfect acres, a tree lined YEAR ROUND flowing creek the kids & parents love.💯You can skip rocks, littles swim and deer & pups trot through🦌 the water. Kids, bring your rain boots to splash around. 😉 The creek is flowing year round where you can see little fish 🐟 and crawdads in the clear water. The towering windows allow for a fabulous view from inside when it's hot or cold. You really never have to leave the living room, sunroom or hot tub to enjoy total nature!! This home is a beautifully appointed, creek side property right in the heart of Hochatown. It's got a cozy vibe with urban and rustic warmth. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 updated and spacious bathrooms, a large open concept kitchen, gorgeous floor to ceiling windows, and much more. Kids❤️the bunkroom with a DOOR to keep the noise upstairs. Parents LOVE that! The screened-in covered outdoor porch/sitting room allows you to enjoy morning coffee, be in talking distance to those in the hot tub, play cards or to dine in. We've got a premium sports package so you will catch your favorite games year round. Families can make memories on the swings mounted under the deck, playing cornhole, and then laugh by a toasty fire in the firepit.🔥Enjoy the relaxing spa on the private back deck as the deer stroll through the creek. The Dew Drop Inn is a perfect cabin for two families; two couples; an extended family or a small group. This cabin will sleep up to 10 (8 adults comfortably) and is NOT operated by a big management company in town. That means you can ACTUALLY reach us. 😉It is a privately run cabin with NO EXTRA RESORT FEES. We are personally available for any of your questions or requests during your stay. Our custom built cabin is nestled under towering pine trees in one of the most desirable neighborhoods within walking distance to restaurants. The lake and all activities are very close, but it feels like you are miles away from it too. A true hidden gem. The photos just do not show how luxurious and beautiful this cabin will be when you walk in the door. You will spend lots of time gathered on the back porch for meals, hanging out in the hot tub with a treetop views or just enjoying the cozy indoor fireplace with easy electric start!

Our newest amenity! For you techy travelers we have a 240v Nema 14-50 outlet available to charge your Tesla or other EV vehicles. Just bring your mobile connector and get charged up for free! No Charge for use. We posted a picture of what this outlet looks like.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
We require a two-night minimum for weekdays, three-night minimum on most weekends, and 3-4 nights minimum during holidays. We will bend this rule if it's close to the booking date and it's still open. We will also always try to get you in early if possible, so just feel free to ask.

Our luxury cabin comes with starter supplies: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, light bulbs, bath soap, laundry soap, dish and dishwasher soap. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, linens, and towels. We provide the propane for the grill and starter wood for the firepit (more available for a fee).

Our hot tub is drained, sanitized, fresh water added and treated before your arrival. It is ready for use at a lovely 98 degrees.

We provide guests with free WiFi in our cabin. We are not responsible for any outages, delays, or issues with the WiFi. The cabin is located in a remote area therefore, the signal will vary sometimes. We will do everything to ensure you have the best internet service we can provide. We know it can handle lots because we've had a national radio broadcast and 3 different remote learning zoom meetings all going consecutively.

We 💗 dogs! Pets are definitely allowed, however we need to know ahead of time so your pet can be approved. There is a $75 per pet fee for lodging. If you bring a pet that is not pre-arranged and paid ahead of time, there will be a $200 charge on your account in addition to the pet fee. We are very much dog people, so feel free to ask us about any pet, breed, or number you may want to bring.

We have a Security Company that is always in the area on patrol and they have installed exterior only cameras monitoring the front and rear doors. No cameras are located inside the cabin.

In addition to the VRBO rules/policies, we additionally have a standard rental agreement required for guests to sign. It has other rules like you can't cut down our trees, ride around the property on ATVs, or shoot fireworks. Seems silly, but literally some have requested such permissions, so we must protect our property with additional rules such as these with a signed contract. We do this and request a copy of the renter's drivers license to set up the insurance we provide. It is all quick and easy then you are on your way to total relaxation! 👍 The signed rental agreement and ID are required at the time of booking. Must be completed and returned within 48 hours. Failure to complete could result in the booking being canceled. The name on the reservation must match the name on rental agreement, ID and credit card.
