Large beachyard, single level no stairs or level to the beach.

The house was build in the 70s and has a fantastic beach flair. It’s our vacation spot and it’s renovated the way we love it. This place creates amazing memories. It has 4 bedrooms: -Master with Kind bed -Bedroom with Queen bed -Bedroom with 2 single beds -Bedroom with 2 single beds -Living room with Queen size sofa bed Our house has excellent backyard with expansive grass at the same level as the beach (no decks or stairs). I frequently grill and do a quick dip in the ocean between the flips.

I usually don’t post negative reviews but this place was not what the listing says, very deceiving. We were welcomed with centipedes inside the house and the whole time we were there. I did text the owner and he overnighted spray for me to spray which didn’t work very well. The place needs a major cleaning and better furniture. Everything was very used and old. Pretty sure there is a mold and mildew issue in the house which should be addressed This place could be a charming home if it was kept up better

Beach House

Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving at this beach house. Plenty of room for extended family. Amazing view of the beach from the main rooms and lots of space to dine together, play games or read a good book. We would definitely return.

Family Trip

We enjoyed a beautiful peaceful time at this beach house. My family time together was so precious and the beach was so beautiful. We would love to stay here again in the future. The beach house was so clean and supplied very well for our stay. Thank you to the owners of this loving home.

House was very nice as was the pool/ garden- better than expected. Great location, comfortable beds and pretty much everything you could ask for in a rental. Host was always available and very communicative, even though we got there very late at night. Would stay there again!

Everything a beach house should be - welcoming and relaxing in a perfect location. One of the cleanest places we’ve ever rented. Loved the old school retro surf vibe. Communication great and super easy check in. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay!

The house is exactly as advertised, steps from the beach and a nice backyard area that was great for our two dogs. We stayed 6 weeks and had only a couple of minor things that we chose not to worry about. When we did need the owner he was very responsive. We have stayed in this area for 4 winters now and this house is the best. It was immaculate upon check in. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed this nice property for 4 weeks March & April 2023

If you want to enjoy a nice private but smaller single level home right on a great beach, this place is for you! This is an older property but pretty well maintained. A few blemishes here and there. It is on a single strip of houses on one side of A1A, with the wildlife natural area across the street. A bit isolated and very quiet, although the street can have a lot of traffic at times. The host and his property manager are just a pleasure to correspond with and are very responsive. Great surf fishing and bird watching in your back yard. There are no hotels ot condos near here, just private homes. The beach is mostly private and pretty empty but loaded with shells. The home is well equipped with everything you need. Other considerations: There is no garage. The cellular signal is weak but we used WiFi calling. The grill is charcoal - not propane. Overall excellent vacation property!

Wonderful home! Worst Beach EVER.

My spouse and I stayed with our adult children and a few other adult members of our family. My 2 grandchildren stayed with us, as well. The home was perfect for our group; the four bedrooms and 2.5 indoor baths (plus outdoor shower) provided plenty of space for our large group. The home was clean, had lots of supplies and, again, offered plenty of space for use to spread out; we especially loved the back yard patio area! It was great in the evenings. Now for the rest: neither air conditioning unit in the master suite worked well for the duration of the stay (it was a cool week, however the bedroom would get hot in the afternoons due to sun coming through the windows and the steam from the shower). There were a few fans, so we used those and stayed cool enough. The entire stretch of beach out back of the home is positively unusable due to the amount of granite (nearly no sand) and broken sea shells. I read an earlier review that mentioned a lot of shells, but assumed that meant a lot of good shelling. This was not the case; the beach is made of, almost entirely, broken sea shells and hard orange granite/granules. We tried to enjoy it, however no one wanted to spend time on that beach. We opted to drive down to Anastasia Island 3 days of our week long trip to the beaches there. Ultimately we could have stayed anywhere and drove 30+ minutes to the beach much cheaper. Buyer beware: this is a beautiful beachfront home, however the beach is awful.

Perfect Family Spot!

We loved this beach house! Private, beautiful beach front, large yard for games, well kept, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating plus beach chairs and towels. The PacMan arcade was a huge hit. The green egg grill made bbq a breeze. There’s a half bath in the twin room that kept the teen boys out of ours (ha!) and little touches of fresh flowers tucked into the towels. Everything you need for a beach trip. The beach was clean, beautiful and quiet. It was perfect for our family of 9. Thank you for sharing your home!

Best beach house

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the South Ponte Vedra Beach House. The owner and property manager were very gracious and supportive as we prepared for our trip and throughout our stay. The house is welcoming, cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved having a backyard that led directly to the beach. We hope to stay there again during our next trip to Florida.

Wonderful Property and Experience!

This property had everything we were looking for and more! We loved being able to grill with a view of the ocean, play soccer on the lawn, and enjoy the sunrise. Our children enjoyed playing Pak-Man when they were not running around the "beach-yard". The home was clean, well-stocked, and any questions we had were quickly answered by the property manager. If you are looking for a great, laid-back vacation on the ocean, you will be very happy going with this property!

Beautiful Beach Getaway!

We loved our stay at this fun and charming beach house! Such a beautiful beach location. Property was clean and well kept. We had to communicate with the property manager a couple of times and they were prompt, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property to others!
