Situated on the 7th hole of the Indian Palms Country Club historic 27-hole championship golf course, our misted patio with gas BBQ, dining table and 2 separate sitting areas is the perfect place to relax, read, chat or enjoy a meal.

Savor beautiful desert days by the community pool, golfing or hiking and come home to our casual, elegant, art-filled, air-conditioned home. Our room layouts are very spacious, and dining table expands to accommodate your whole party! Cook in the kitchen or on the outdoor gas BBQ while chatting with friends and family.

The main bedroom faces the golf course and has a huge bathroom with tub, shower, 2 sinks and vanity. 2nd bedroom has an office and pull-out queen sofa - bathroom with tub in the hallway; the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and own bath with shower. As a bonus, there is another small room off the 3rd bedroom with a twin bed and desk. Perfect place if you are escaping for a week and need to fit in a little work or you just need a little personal time. Sleeps 7 max.

We are centrally located - walking distance to Coachella and Stagecoach ; visit Palm Springs, Indian Wells, Joshua Tree and more!

Parking for 2 cars in driveway. Additional cars require street parking permit which can easily be obtained in advance of the stay.

This property has full access to the community swimming pools, jacuzzi, gym, tennis courts, pickleball and bocce. Enjoy!

ALSO, this is a NON-SMOKING property - inside and out please! Violating this house rule will forfeit deposit. We also have a strict no-pets policy. Please note: for anyone with severe allergies please note that there has been a dog and cat in the house at one time though items related have been removed and it has been thoroughly cleaned numerous times since that time.
