With a gas fireplace and two sofabeds, the living room of this Sawmill Creek condo may become the key hangout of your stay in Breckenridge. The family-friendly layout allows for everyone to escape to the balcony with a refreshment, and the private washer/dryer can take on everyone's gear in the meantime. Prepare homemade meals and snacks in the recently updated fully equipped kitchen, which can be enjoyed in the dining area or at the long breakfast bar. As part of your stay, you'll also have access to the complex's two indoor hot tubs. This condo is in an excellent location, just 20 yards from the Four O'Clock Run at Breckenridge Ski Resort (with ski-in access dependent on snow conditions). There are lots to help you relax here!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Clean kitchen with well stocked dishes & good working appliances. We could’ve used a larger stock pot than what was available. The place slept 5 people comfortably. Parking entry & lot itself was very tight for large vehicles. Definitely could not drive in to the parking lot if you had a Thule on top of your vehicle- very tight clearance for LG SUVs. Management response to our needs was prompt & friendly- via text messaging, which was convenient. Location was great- very close to the shuttle stop to the slopes. We enjoyed our stay

Great Stay

Very spacious, comfortable and clean condo with updated kitchen. Location could not be beat….walking distance to everything. Indoor hot tubs were very clean and relaxing with outdoor views.

Great condo

This was a great condo for our family of 4. A one block walk to the gondola made it easy to get to the mountain. Condo was clean and roomy. Comfy beds and good showers. Had everything we needed. Plus a covered parking spot. Would highly recommend.

This was a lovely condo within walking distance to everything. Very clean, nice furnishings and updated kitchen that was fully stocked. Ski locker has code on it so we store fishing poles in there. Would definitely stay again.

Condo was very clean and kitchen was well stocked with any cookware/dishes you may need for your stay. Walkable to everything downtown.I took off two stars because this unit is located at the corner of very busy intersection. The road noise was very disruptive, especially at night, making it difficult to sleep. The listing needs to be updated to set an expectation to potential renters. The master bathroom has a small leak above the shower. The shower is in need of a refresh.

Comfortable Condo in Great Location

While the building is old and somewhat tired, the unit was very comfortable and in a great location. We loved being able to walk to the gondola in the morning and ski all the way to the property parking garage at the end of the day. It was a short walk into town for shopping and restaurants and we also enjoyed having the gas fireplace and using the hot tub at the end of the day.

Ski and relax

The property was very nice. Clean and close to downtown and the lifts. I was a little noisy when the plows were clearing snow but the condo is very comfortable.

I booked this via VRBO. But when I attempted to reach out, it redirected me to Vacasa. This is a confusing customer experience to understand what is going on and who can help. The location is great - steps from downtown and close to free shuttle stop. The interior is clean and exactly as described. Note that there is only 1 parking spot available. Even though the VRBO listing says there is an overflow lot, there is no other lot and no overnight parking options available nearby (not even paid options). Any additional cars have to park outside of town altogether and pay 40 dollars per car per night, and it’s really hard to logistically figure out. Everything was clean, but the hospitality team knocked on the door at 8am on the day of checkout wanting to leave (what I assume was) cleaning supplies inside the home. This is not ideal when checkout isn't for hours after.

Great for a weekend getaway

This condo had the perfect space for two couples for a weekend getaway! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The living room had plenty of room to gather and relax and the kitchen was nicely updated and had what we needed. The outdoor space on the balcony was a plus too! The location was very walkable to town and to hiking trails! You can hear some traffic noise inside the unit because you’re located near the street but it was only really noticeable during the day.

Great location, and great overall property! (Just one suggestion - the bed in the master bedroom fell as the T support underneath gave way. Please stabilize the master bed. Other than that, the fridge door handle needs to be tightened. Nothing else needed. Everything else was great!)

Good location but noisy

We enjoyed the location and how roomy the condo was but it is right on a busy street and was very noisy in the early mornings. We could not get access to the ski closet so we had to bring the skies into the condo. There were other minor issues (hot tub did not work one day and condo was not completely cleaned) but for the most part the condo worked for our needs. It was nice to walk 2 blocks to main street.

Roomy but noisy in the early morning

The condo was roomy and a great location but you pay for the location with a noisy street in the mornings. 2 block walk to main st. was nice. No hot water by the 3rd shower if a lot of people are getting ready at the same time. You will need to bring your skies into the condo, no access into the sky closet. Hot tub did not work one day, condo was not completely clean--under garments were found under the bed from the last guests. the issues were told to the management company, they were very responsive but the condo owner did not respond,

Horrible management company

First, thick dust on top of refrigerator, and garbage in bedroom closets. vanity lights in bathroom did not work, had to wait until next day to get it fixed. No dishwasher detergent when i checked in, and when i requested it, they told me i had to go pick it up at the main office several blocks away! Horrible service when calling Vacasa for help. They dont text u back until at least 8 hrs later, and no resolution to your questions. When calling, no help and put u on hold and u get disconnected. Fireplace did not work, and when i asked about it, they said it has been broken for over a month. On the plus side, it is a good location since u can ski right into condo complex, but it is NOT ski-out. Hot tub is nice and clean

La ubicación es perfecta…pero

Como likes comenté en todo el momento que estuve el tema de que los hot tubs no estuvieran funcionando si demeritó bastante nuestra estancia, que iríamos una estadía para relajarlos y no lo pudimos hacer ya que en ningún momento se nos informó que los días que estaríamos estarían fuera de servicio por “limpieza”, de igual forma dentro delninteriro de la casa la chimenea no funcionaba y varias ventanas no funcionaban del otro.

Incredible location!

This property was perfect for our family! Steps to downtown and easy to walk to the Gondola for skiing. The condo was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing. This is a great value and we will definitely be back!

Awesome Place

The place is well maintained, with house-like amenities and is very spacious. It's also very clean, well maintained, and the property owners made sure we are all situated and informed prior to arrival. This is not a hotel so please future clients must know what there is no formal check-in process. Sawmill Creek 216 is the perfect location and I love the easy access to downtown! We had a relaxing and pleasant experience and will definitely come back.
