Coastal Waters is a classic 1950s Florida vintage hotel. Coastal Waters consists of 3 buildings with three floors.

It was recently converted to condos in January of 2021. The property has been modernized and updated with super-fast WIFI, a new heated pool, extended gas line to the grill area so no more propane tanks and digital wifi enabled door locks to provide easy access and simple contactless check in!

This condo has an unobstructed view of the ocean from the private balcony. Bedroom has king size bed.

After a day at the beach, take advantage of the newly renovated bathroom which feature marble showers with both rain and wand showerheads.

The full sized kitchen has recently been upgraded with brand new custom cabinets, counters, floors and appliances and is stocked with all the basics you need to prepare a full meal or just a frozen pizza.

After the sun goes down, enjoy lounging on the balcony listening to the ocean and taking in the salt air, or relax inside the unit which features Smart TV and a comfortable sectional sofa (does not pull out).

Free parking is available in the front of the building, along the sand drive beach access point along the white wall and an additional lot across the street.

If you need some fresh towels, linen change, or just a can opener, we are available for whatever it is you need.

Located just miles away from Flagler Ave, New Smyrna Beach. It is the perfect distance for you to enjoy the local life, but far enough to get away from it and have peace and relax when you want. Many local restaurants give you plenty of variety to choose from when selecting your breakfast, luck or dinner!
