This much-desired marina ocean view unit has great unobstructed views of the ocean and marina. You can enjoy this breathtaking view on the 120 s.f. Lanai, which has a table and chairs for meals or rest. Unit features Pergo, travertine floors throughout the unit, and split air conditioning system. The open kitchen comes with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, rice cooker, and all the items you need to prepare meals. Also has all the dishes, pots, pans, utensils in the full kitchen with oven, refrigerator, etc. The bedroom area has two Simmons double beds and full closets and so plenty of space for your luggage during your stay. The living area has a sofa bed and a large 50" flat-screen TV, so you never have to miss your favorite shows or sporting events. Another great advantage for this unit is its' shower/tub combo that many families want for bathing the children. Also, the blackout curtains for those afternoon naps are a bonus.

The large 120sf lanai has a table and chairs for that perfect lunch and/or dinner while gazing at the most beautiful sunset in the world.

*There is an ongoing project at the building for spalling repairs and painting. This stack is scheduled to be repaired sometime between Apr 13, 2026 - Jul 20, 2026. This may affect usage of the lanai and result in construction noise during the day between 9 am-5 pm (sometimes as early as 8 am for weather)

Parking is not included, please see below for the options for parking:

1. Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $45 per night plus tip with in/out privileges. Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations are needed. Just arrive anytime, and valet staff will be on duty.

2. Behind the Ilikai building there are lots of public parking spaces, some free and some paid. The free spaces close at 10:30 pm so you have to move your car before then. The paid parking spaces go for $1/hr and do not close at a certain time so they can be used for overnight parking. You can pay with cash or card, just go to the parking machine and enter your license plate plus the number of hours, which will print out a ticket to put on your dashboard.
