This sophisticated, contemporary mountain retreat is the perfect Steamboat Springs vacation spot for any season! Located just two blocks from the gondola, it’s a short walk to the base, apres ski, restaurants and so much more! Featuring four bedrooms, four baths, and over 2600 square feet of living space, this luxury property has exposed wood and metal accents for an urban mountain feel and has space to comfortably accommodate your vacation group! The huge private hot tub on the open fourth story balcony seats seven and is a perfect spot to watch the sunset and relax your sore muscles after a day on the mountain.
Enter the home through the private heated garage and hang your boots and wet gloves to dry on the professional-grade eight-pair Williams boot dryer. The first floor has plenty of storage for helmets, hats, gloves, and hooks and washer and dryer for maximum efficiency. The first-floor bedroom has two cozy twin beds and a private en suite bath. The heart of the home is the expansive open concept kitchen/dining/family room with a fireplace and two private balconies all located on the second floor. This truly unique floor plan has open spaces for large groups to gather but still hidden, intimate spots when you want to get away. The well-appointed kitchen has high-end stainless appliances, granite countertops, track lighting, and outdoor grilling that makes entertaining easy. The floor to ceiling windows provide abundant natural light and enhance the views even while relaxing on the large sectional sofa. The private western exposure balcony off the family room is a perfect spot to relax, take in the sun, and sip a glass of wine. The third floor has two additional generous bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and an additional western exposure balcony. The fourth floor features a large primary bedroom with a huge walk-in closet and en suite bath. In addition to the primary bedroom is the open balcony with a six-person hot tub with million-dollar sunset and valley views.
