Our spacious (approx. 4,000 sq. ft.) non-smoking villa is fully air conditioned with a living room, dining room, seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and an over-sized 45 ft. pool. The main floor of our beautiful home has three king master, en suites. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed (queen on bottom, twin on top), with a bathroom right outside it's door.

Upstairs is another king master, en suite. The sixth bedroom is Harry Potter themed, with a twin over queen bunk bed. The seventh - Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs - has two full beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom that is situated between them in the hall.

In October, 2022, a theater room with ten reclining chairs was installed!

Please note, for March, the summer months and holiday weeks, we require a seven night booking (Saturday to Saturday).

The driveway can accommodate four vehicles. On-street parking is prohibited in Formosa Gardens and vehicles will be towed.
