There's hiking and off-roading for the adventurous or just kick back and relax and bar-b-que on our patio. Putting green and corn hole added for your entertainment! Great Place to Stay

Perfect Stay

Coyote Cabin was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the location because it felt safe, while still being out of town, but was an easy 10 minute drive to food and shopping. The host left us the most delicious pie and our kids enjoyed the putting green. Would highly recommend to any small family wanting a sweet place to stay.

Apple Pie and Farm Fresh Eggs

This was the Perfect place for my son and daughter in laws first visit to Arizona. The cabin was old west charming and extremely comfortable. The host even treated them to apple pie and farm fresh eggs. Wonderful stay!!!

Home away from home

We have never felt so comfortable at a place ever. The decor makes you feel completely at home. We had our thanksgiving there and she had everything that I had forgotten. This will now be our home away from home.

Cowboy Cabin

Great Property! There are little gems all over the house! This home is cozy and fun for kids and adults. Super close to Anthem Az and the freeway and outlet shopping. I will definitely be back!

A Wonderful Week

Our family of four enjoyed a wonderful week at Coyote Cabin! Linda is an amazing and responsive host who has thought about all the details. We especially loved our time sitting out on the patio watching the kids play golf.

A very nice and clean place. It is decorated perfectly in the southwest way. Property manager Linda, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Would recommend this to anyone. We will definitely use this property again!

Amazing!

Coyote Cabin was absolutely perfect for our stay! We were in town for educational seminars in Cave Creek and was excellent location for us. It is quiet and quaint, yet super easy access to I17 to go anywhere! Linda was a great host with quick responses to questions. And the cabin has Everything you need and so many extras! Highly recommend!!

Thanksgiving Holiday Road-trip

Linda was amazing throughout the entire trip to Arizona. Check in was easy and communication was fast and she allowed us to check in early and had a PIE waiting for us. Linda's place was peaceful and relaxing. If you are planning a trip to Arizona, this is a great location, it was close to Scottsdale, Phoenix and while we were in town, we took a drive to the Grand Canyon. Linda gave us a suggestion for pizza as a first night there and we were exhausted from the drive from Texas. We recommend Coyote Cabin.

Coyote Cabin

Cute, comfortable little home, everything you need and close to the highway. It was myself and a friend, we had a shooting competition at Ben Avery. It was easy on and not far away. Loved it and would book again!

GREAT PLACE

The house was so clean and comfortable. I loved the patio out back good for bbqing and family events. I stayed there due to had a memorial I had to attend the owner baked my family a cherry pie and left a card for us. I loved the personal touch of that. The owner was easy to get.a hold of and very nice. I would for sure stay here again. Loved the house it was adorable .

Pleased beyond words

This was the neatest, all around place to stay off New River Road! Very clean and tidy, house smelled so fresh, she even left a pie for me. I will tell ya the bed was so cuddly and comfy!! Plenty of little games, cards, plus the little putt putt area! I will definitely stay again. If you also enjoy outside patio area you are more than covers with this place!! Highly recommend !!

Great place to stay!!

We loved staying at Coyote Cabin. It was just as pictured on Vrbo, there was amazing southwestern artwork and decor throughout. The kitchen had everything and more you would need to cook any meal. It came stocked with coffee and water, and a wonderful mixed berry pie which we (or maybe just I) were able to.eat over the 5 days. We were able to have local family come over and visit with us. The kids enjoyed the putting green while we listened to music from the provided speaker. We did not get a chance to use the firepit or play corn holes, but it was nice to have so many options to stay entertained. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks, Linda for making our stay so enjoyable!

Coyote Cabin October 2022

Linda is a wonderful host! She has everything that you might need or want in her delightful cabin. She even had a caramel apple pie freshly baked and waiting for us upon our arrival! The cabin is very clean and well-organized. There is a fully stocked kitchen as well as a gas grill available for cooking. There is a putting green and corn hole available for fun and games. Having laundry on the premises allowed us to pack less and share 1 suitcase. If we decide to return to the Phoenix area, we will definitely see if her cabin is available and stay with her again in the future!

Exceeds Expectations!

We came to New River to visit dear friends and needed a place to stay for a few days. The pictures looked adorable; so we thought we’d give Coyote a try. What a quaint, wonderful little place. We were met with a welcome message on the blackboard, a bottle of wine, and a tasty pie. I needn’t have brought half of the things I’d packed as the place is so well appointed. Marvelous accommodations & host

We really needed a get away from the New England winter and wanted to explore Arizona. This cabin was right in the middle of the areas we wanted to visit and has very easy and quick access to route 17. The town of Anthem is 10 minutes away and has plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed grilling and relaxing at the cabin every night. It’s on a dirt road that is across from a power station but is very quiet and we walked every morning to bird watch and saw lots of roadrunners and rabbits. There are a bunch of big cacti around the property too. The host was awesome and responded to any question we had right away. The cabin is well stocked with spices, coffee, bottled water and cooking items. There is also laundry detergent and dryer sheets right there as well. It felt like home for the week and we miss it already.

Best Vacation Rental Experience Yet

This was by far the best vacation rental experience we have ever had. We travel a lot, and traveling with a child, having bedrooms is easier on us. We usually go to the store before heading to our rentals, however, we were in a rush and went straight to Coyote Cabin. I was sooo impressed. She had bottled water in the fridge waiting for us, fresh eggs from her daugther's chickens, coffee creamer, and butter. There was fresh coffee beans, sugar, even a delicious pie sitting on the counter for us! We had all we needed to get through that first day. To my surprise, she had cleaning supplies, laundry detergent (and more), shampoo and conditioner, a fully stocked kitchen with zip-locks, which I usually have to buy on our grocery run. To say I was blown away is an understatement. The some was spotless, the master bed was very comfortable. Outside proved to be a great hangout for us. The putting green was a hit for both my daughter and my husband. The view was first-class for sunrises. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our trip so wonderful!

Don't forget to check out the sunrises & sunsets.
