LAKE HAMILTON POOL HOUSE has 4 bedrooms one king, two queens, I full, 1 twin and two bathrooms. A comfortable living room and a nice kitchen with plenty amenities to make food with. The back yard is very desirable with a big in ground pool and a bar right next to it, that includes a pool table and right outside of the Master bed room is a lounging area with fire pit. There also is a hot tub that can fit up to 6 people. Including a gas grill. The master bedroom has a oversized jacuzzi bath tub as well. THE HEATED POOL OPTION WILL BE AVAILABLE OCTOBER 1 ST till March 30th it’s- $100 A NIGHT. 3 DAY MINIMUM it takes a full 24hrs to heat up before your stay,heater is a 400,000 BTU gas heater that works very well but is also very expensive to run. The heated pool is 80 to 85degrees. Pets are ok with owners approval and there is a $100 per pet fee. If your pet goes to the bathroom in the house or does any damage you will be charged.The back yard is secure please do not leave your pets in the house when you are not there. There is also a dog door from the laundry room to the garage and from the garage to the back yard.So they will not have to be in the heat or the cold. Please pick up after your pets. There is a community launch ramp,dock and boat trailer parking literally across the street…We are easy to get along with and hope you book lake Hamilton pool house for a great time!!
