Spacious 2BD/2BTH apartment with private-fenced backyard for your morning coffee. Apartment is within 10 minutes to the gorgeous Siesta Beach and other near-by beautiful gulf beaches. Outside community grills and heated pool are available. Beautiful walking path for evening walks.

There is NO cable--but there are smart TVs in the living area and both bedrooms where you can stream your favorite TV shows via Netflix, Disney or your favorite streaming channel. Internet is also available to work remote.

February visit

The accommodations had everything we needed. The complex was nice, the pool was nice, the grounds were well kept, and others living/staying at the complex were friendly and quiet. Location was convenient to beach, groceries, and easy to get to other places.

Spring Break 2024

We came down for Spring Break and the condo was perfect for us ! The pool was nice and the back patio was nice for hanging out after long days on the beach. Such a short commute to the beach right over the bridge. There in no time. I prefer staying off the island and then going over because at night the hustle and bustle stays there but we got to come back to a nice quiet place. Easy check in and easy check out. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dog friendly comfortable rental

This rental was outstanding for the important aspects: safety/security, air conditioning/humidity control, great beds, very nice showers, responsive and pleasant hosts. Seems like it’s a work in progress. Granite countertops, tile and nice wood floors. Once they pull a few other things together it’ll be a very nice unit. There’s a fenced in patio that’s great for a dog. Leading the posting with a beautiful pool picture was a little misleading, but wasn’t a big issue. The location worked great for us, just off Clark Rd. And again, the host was very responsive.

Condo was comfortable but outdated.

We were quite concerned about the location (complex) of this condo. The complex looked run down and shady and we were a bit disappointed in the condition of the complex. The condo was good but had its faults.... pool area was very nice. Condo needs repairs but had great supplies..... Don't think we will stay here again....

Questionable neighbors. Guy above threw his cigarette buds into the patio.

Parking limited. Maintenance of outside needs work, lots of litter on grounds and weeds in patio.

There was a water leak and we had to manage it ourselves, I notified the upstairs occupants and attempted to call our host. No one was at the office to whom I could speak. We had to use additional towels to mop of the several episodes of leakage.

Great if you'll be outside!

Communication, Check-In and the Florida weather were great. But while this property tries hard, the condo and complex have for the most part seen better days. The view in the condo ad s taken from a unit much closer to the pool. First impressions were difficult to overcome. The threshold floor trim just inside the door gave way to a suitcase wheel and had to be tucked back in its place. The Patio's artificial turf had two layers had seen better days and were in disarray over and under each other, almost obscuring the pair of lawn chairs literally disintegrating around the corner. A used furnace filter was left on the only useable patio chair. Inside, the replacement was improperly inserted and wasn't filtering anything at all. The clothes dryer in the unit is vented via corrugated hose into the hallway instead of outside and bathroom vent was without a cover and lint and dust hanging over the toilet. Don't get me wrong, we spent most time outside and the unit was an economical port in a storm, but found us much more comfortable outside than in. We got the impression this place isn't rented often and that would account for much of what was lacking. While there were dishes and such available, we bought throwaway plates and flatware, and threw a comforter over the sofa. We appreciated the beach chairs available and left the unit with a new umbrella and sand screw. We've stayed in this complex b4, just in more recently refreshed units - probably time to look elsewhere

Mixed feelings

The check in process was very easy and the host communicated quickly when needed. My first issue was the cleanliness of the property. There was a large bug in the master bath and I washed the rugs in the bathroom first thing as they didn't appear to have been laundered. The AC unit was not working but the host did respond quickly to this & a repair person was dispatched to repair it. The unit is very tired and the furniture on the back patio was rusted and very old. In fact we didn't use the lounge chairs as we thought they would break if we sat in them. I didn't feel like I could sit in the table and chair set without a towel so that the rust wouldn't rub off on my clothing. The patio area was not swept & had debris plus there is no screen on the slider. The second issue was the sink would back up when I washed dishes or ran the dishwasher. Again the host responded quickly & came to work on it. What he did didn't fix the issue. The sink backing up gave off a bad odor. The community itself is in a good location but is not tended to. There are trash issues and the landscaping is not in good shape. The other tenants don't seem to take note of assigned parking. Many times a resident parked in our assigned parking space. They did move the vehicle when asked but continued to park in the space off & on while we were there. There is unassigned guest park but it just seems rude of the resident to use an assigned space at will. The pool area is good and seems to be cleaned.

Business Trip Home Away from Home

Quite residential area for three week business trip. Close to stores and restaurants. Had kitchen to cook and washer/dryer. Dedicated parking and big kitchen table for computer equipment.

You get what you pay for

We arrived on Saturday after a 10 hr drive to a keyless entry & the code was not working. It quickly became apparent that we had no contact info other than an email. The owners responded within 30 mins but by then we had gone into town go eat since we could not get in. We were given the wrong code. Got that straightened but then the pin pad started glitching. We reached out again but were told it was working perfectly (it was NOT). We had to endure multiple phone calls regarding the door. Finally was told where to find an actual key on TUESDAY so we were unable to leave the room w/o leaving someone there. You will receive zero welcome instructions or contact phone numbers. Back porch looks like a jungle...found cig butts and drug baggies out there. We picked them up. Spare bed doorknob fell off as well as towel rack in hall bath. Then a leak from upstairs, which was not the owners fault, but another maintenance problem to deal with on MY vacation. Very sketchy complex. Worth what you pay but not comfortable for lying around house. Lumpy, pull out couch. Cold, hard chairs to watch movies. Oh, and 4 channels to watch. Better come with your Netflix and Amazon paid subscriptions. The master bed was really comfortable though. *sigh*

Great location and very clean apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were easy to work with. The apartment complex had me a little nervous when I pulled up. The outside was not kept up but when I entered the apartment, I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with our choice. The pool area was very nice and fun for the family.

Good location and comfortable condo

My month stay was nice. The unit is as advertised with owners both helpful and friendly. The complex is a little run down and can get noisy at times. People were friendly.

Clean, quiet, close to the beach

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The area was quiet. We spent many hours by the pool and really enjoyed the private back patio!
