Chalet des trois Quilles Piscine et Spa

We welcome you from April to October in our chalet located in Quillan (11500) in Aude, 20 minutes from Limoux, 45 minutes from Carcassonne, Foix and Mirepoix and 1 hour from Perpignan, in the heart of the Cathar castles in Occitania.

Reservations from Saturday to Saturday for a minimum of 7 nights.

Our holiday chalet is designed to help you discover all the beauty of our village and its surroundings. The outdoor space as we have thought of it is provided for your relaxation, your comfort and your well-being in order to make your stay sweeter.

We are happy to welcome you and share with you the calm and the atmosphere of the mountains around.

On the ground floor of the house are 4 bedrooms each with a private bathroom with toilet, with access to the heated swimming pool in the heart of our garden with trees and flowers. You can relax in the pool with mountain views or enjoy our outdoor jacuzzi.
Only 1 bedroom communicates directly with the house, the 3 others have access to the first floor from the outside.

The heated outdoor swimming pool is equipped with an electric roller shutter, to keep the heat in at night and to protect against falls into the water. The owners remind you that the children are under the supervision of the parents and that it is necessary to equip them with buoys or other if they cannot swim and with swimming pool nappies if they are not clean. It is not the responsibility of the owners in the event of a fall in the water or an accident. In addition, the filtration is natural with salt.

Upstairs, you will access the chalet via the covered terrace, where you will find a table to take your lunches or breakfasts. On this terrace, there is a large plancha with 3 burners to prepare your barbecues.
The entrance to the house is through the terrace. The house upstairs is made up of several open spaces with a dining room that overlooks a fully equipped kitchen with a bar for 4 people. and then a living room consisting of 2 sofas will allow you to watch TV or share board game evenings. On this floor there will also be 2 bedrooms between the 2, a shared bathroom and toilet, ideal with children.
The house therefore consists of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with showers and toilets. The 4 bedrooms on the ground floor are equipped with a King Size bed (180x200) but can also be separated into 2 beds of 90x200 according to your needs. To do this, you must notify us before arrival so that we can prepare the rooms according to your needs (single or double bed) in these 4 downstairs bedrooms.
All the bed linen at your disposal is in organic cotton, as well as the bathroom linen.

At the back of the house you will find a lawn area with the Canadian Jacuzzi with 2 deckchairs and also a washing line.

The house is equipped upstairs with solar roller shutters and 2 ceiling fans. The house has no air conditioning for the sake of the environment and because in Quillan the days are sunny and hot but the nights allow the opening of the windows to regulate the temperature. Downstairs the bedrooms are equipped with blackout and climatic curtains.

The end-of-stay cleaning service is included in the price, as are sheets and towels. (total amount 195 euros)
