On a peaceful summer evening, you can sit and relax on the porch with a glass of wine while you stare at the beautiful sunset sky. There is even a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable on a warm evening.

When you are ready to walk the beach, it is just steps away. The boardwalk to the beach is less than a 1 minute walk from this condo.

This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is quite large at 1,271 square feet. The floor plan is very well thought out as it separates the primary bedroom from the other 2 bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have a ceiling fan and are all spacious. The master bedroom has a private exit out to the large balcony.
The living room is plenty big and comfortably seats everyone in your group.
The dining area seats 6 at the table and 3 more at the counter on the stools.
Since this condo is an end unit, it has extra windows on the side which makes it very bright and cheerful and the view of the marsh on the side is quite special.

You can expect the kitchen to be well stocked with "everything but the kitchen sink" just like at home (even a large stock pot). We keep beach chairs in the condo for your convenience. We keep beach towels in the closet, just in case you forget to pack them.
