Very Comfortable Newly Remodeled Townhome very close to Beach. The beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are a mere 500 yards away. The 12 miles of hard white sand is perfect for beach combing, jogging, volleyball, paddleball, 'building castles in the sand or just relaxing working on your tan'. Whether you are looking for a place close to the beach or are looking for a high energy high activity vacation, our town home can offer it all.

Our town house is located adjacent to Coligny Plaza. Coligny Plaza has all of your shopping, entertainment and dining needs. This allows you to park your car when you arrive and not have to use it again until you leave. The shopping center includes a grocery store, specialty shops, souvenir stores, ice cream parlors, chocolate shop, activity areas for the kids, and a variety of restaurants and bars. Not only that, but you can enjoy the 12 miles of wide hard beach and waves just a short distance away. The hard sand beach is perfect for bicycling, walking, swimming, or a moon light stroll with that special someone. There are also many miles of bicycle and walking paths in the vicinity which are not on the beach.

The townhouse is tastefully decorated and newly remodeled in a tropical décor. This uniquely designed three floor town home consists of a third floor Master Suite with a King size bed and a private bath. A King size bed is also in the second floor master, and Queen bed with a bunk bed and a pull out trundle in the third bedroom. This townhome will sleep a maximum of 6 adults, and a total capacity of 9 with children. The bunkbeds are not adequate for adults. Balconies on the second and third floor over look the private complex pool and court yard.

We have also furnished the town home with three televisions, and all the needed equipment to entertain you for the rainy days and the restful times you are not enjoying the beach and local facilities.

Our town home is located in the Forest Beach section of Hilton Head Island. It is one of the most popular and they have added lots of local amenities and a new park for the kids to play.

Great stay

Had a great stay! Close to everything and the condo had everything anyone would need! Tons of dishes, pots and pans and grill. We rented bikes for the week and biked to beach everyday in under 5 minutes! Right next to shopping plaza. Went for ice cream every night. Pool was nice with friendly people. Loved the Hilton head monopoly! We played it almost every night!

Wonderful trip to Hilton Head

The location of this condo was perfect! We were about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We had tons of shopping, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. A short walk or drive was a huge pirate playground! The owners were wonderful. Check in was super easy. They provided so many things to make our stay easy! The bedrooms were very nice and beds were comfortable! We would definitely stay again! The pool was nice also!

Awesome trip

We have stayed in Myrtle Beach and Fripp Island, SC rentals, but Jay's property on HH was the BEST. Very clean (no bugs - a first for SC vacations!), well-appointed, and plenty of space for our family of 7 (mix of teens and elementary age kids). The beds were comfy. The location is perfect - only used the car one time to head up north to the arcade/mini golf place. The pool was larger than expected and very clean/nice. The residents who live there were so friendly and the whole vibe on the island was just peaceful and relaxing. The beach is only a 5 minute walk, a straight shot down one street from the townhome. So many restaurants, shops, and the Adventure Park (spray park, nature trails) are all right there. The coolest thing is that the complex was so quiet the entire time - you wouldn't even know all the action was just steps away! Thanks for a wonderful vacation, Jay. We'll be back!

Property was exactly as described. It was very clean and very comfortable. Conveniently located to the shopping plaza and the beach.Communication with the property owner was excellent. We absolutely loved it and had a great time. Already planning our next trip reservation to stay here again next year!

We had a few minor issues and Jay the owner was fantastic! On top of it, we loved the location condo was very nice … parked our car and walked everywhere, so convenient.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient. We were able to walk to the beach and there were bike rental shops around the corner. When we had issues receiving info, the owners quickly responded. My kids are ready to come back again.

Good location

Very nice location, very walkable to beach, shops and eateries. Loved the location.The sleeping arrangements were a little convoluted, we were expecting to use the bunk beds for the two 14 year old twins, we got the instructions for the house and found that the upper bunk was only rated up to 100 pounds and that there was a trundle under the bottom bunk. both boys are over 100 pounds and we thought we could use the trundle, unfortunately the room was too small to pull the trundle completely out and this made it impossible for sleeping. Only about half the bed was exposed.I would recommend the rooms be switched and the queen w/ bunks be put in the larger room. Also, update the bunk bed to a wooden construction in order to actually accommodate a larger child on top. The listing should be updated to accurately indicate the bunk situation.The owner was very easy to get a hold of when we had questions about the t.v. and we enjoyed walking to the beach each day even with it being so cold.The kitchen was well equipped and nicely updated.Would stay again if the sleeping arrangements were updated.

Terrific location walkable close to so much. Quiet complex was real enjoyable. Condo has been updated and is well equipped. Parking right at the front door is a real bonus.

Great Stay

This was our first time in Hilton Head and we couldn’t have asked for a better location for a place to stay. We had a newborn baby and the walkability from the condo made it extremely easy to get around with her.

Great place to stay

This was our first time visiting Hilton Head. I have 2 teens and it is important for use to have our own space. Everyone enjoyed their stay here. The condo is so close to the beach and its a lovely walk and we all felt very comfortable even walking to the beach at night. The host is right when they say you can park your car and walk. There is a grocery, shops, and so many restaurants within walking distance. While we didnt use the pool, the pool is practically in the backyard. The host has thought of everything you need for a family vacation!

Great stay in a great location!

We all loved the house and the location as it was close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The pool was great also! Didn’t use the car once while we were there. The place was incredibly clean and the hosts gave great detailed instructions as well as recommendations for various activities! Would definitely stay there again!

We would definitely stay here again!

We have been to HHI four times in the past 10 years and this was by far the cleanest place we’ve stayed. The kitchen is really well stocked with pots and pans of all sizes (and even had a crockpot). We cook most of our meals when we’re on vacation, so a well stocked kitchen is very important to us. The beds were very comfortable. The location, just across the street from Coligny Shopping Center, is fantastic! It’s so easy to walk to the shops or the beach. If you don’t feel like walking or have too much to carry, there was a free shuttle (drivers work for tips) that you can call and they’d pick you up at your door. Communicating with the owner was a breeze. He sends you a very detailed email with all of the information you need about check-in, rules, and check-out procedures. I truly appreciated the email and having all of that in one place. If you’re looking for a great place to stay that’s near shops, restaurants, and the beach, this is a wonderful place to stay!

Well-Appointed, Cleann and Unbeatable Location

A wonderful property overall. Everything was clean just as pictured on the VRBO listing. Extremely close to everything you could need on vacation (shopping, bars, beach, groceries, park, pool, ect.) Would certainly recommend to anyone.

We live in Minnesota and Hilton Head is a great treat for us. The destination has been the reason for the long drive and is well worth it. Even though the kids are now grown, they grew up playing on the beach and it is still considered one of their favorite places to be. Even with the long drive from Minnesota we always look forward to the time we spend on Hilton Head Island. We find pleasure with the wonderful beaches, places to eat, and the many different activties available on the island. It is a great place to leave your busy work schedule and enjoy the family.

We have been coming down to Hilton Head every year since 1998. It has been a high point for my children since they were young. Now that they are both spreading their wings, Hilton Head has been one place we can count on meeting them even with their busy schedules. It is a great place to entertain and meet with the family. We have developed over the years wonderful friendships with the other townhome owners and renters.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We fell in love with this townhome the first time we saw it. It is within walking distance to everything we need, very close to the beach, and has a pool that we use to relax and float in. There is no need to use the car once you arrive.
We have become friends with many of the other villa owners and their guests. It is a great place to vacation.
