The expansive backyard is the heart of this property, featuring a saltwater pool, a spillover spa, two outdoor eating areas with ample seating, a gas grill, and a firepit to use in the evenings. Every detail has been thought of, from the outdoor TV to the umbrellas that shade portions of the pool. Inside, you can gather after a day of activity to watch TV by the fireplace in the great room. As for the bedrooms, you'll have your choice of four king rooms, each with a TV and a DVD player; two of the bedrooms are master suites at either end of the house.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
