‘Desert Tones’ includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, oversized pool, and large backyard patio lounge area with fire pit and BBQ. Completely rebuilt pool includes a jetted spa, tanning shelf (w/ umbrella), interior bench seating, and remote-control heating and lighting. Pristine desert landscaping and wondrous views of the San Jacinto and Upper Desert mountains from both the front and back yards. Enjoy the quiet comfort of this private, secure, and spacious family home on a low traffic street and just steps away from renowned hiking trails and ecological reserve.
Thoughtfully designed mid-century modern home has meticulous touches with guest comfort in mind including: automatic window shades with remote controls for all bedrooms & kitchen, firepit surrounded by comfortable seating and mountain views, outdoor dining table & chairs (w/ umbrella) and seating for six people, outdoor coffee table with seating for two and well-situated for a morning cup and quintessential desert backdrop, three extra wide pool lounge chairs with two umbrellas providing ample shade, and automatic landscape lighting around the entire property. Gigabyte wi-fi internet for all your work and streaming needs. Four-foot mobile workstation hanging in the garage that guests can being in the home to use office desk as needed. Ideal for snowbirds, families, or traveling professionals. There is a two-minute day and night-time video available on YouTube if you search “Desert Tones - Rancho Mirage”.
Abundant natural light, volume ceilings, and airy design create a wonderful sense of freedom and space. The 3rd bedroom can be opened to the large living room which features a 65” Samsung Smart TV with Youtube TV (and all your favorite apps) along with a gas fireplace with new gas line and medium. Full kitchen with island seating and all latest LG appliances, complete with gas range, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and wine fridge. Additional items include a toaster, blender, set of pots & pans, knife set, cutting boards, baking pans & cookie sheets, electronic tea kettle, and more. Plates, utensils, and glasses for more than six people. Bar amenities and drink ware are included to enjoy your favorite beverages. Coffee maker is Keurig with starter pods included.
Ideal bedding for up to six adults, well-appointed with Pure Parima linens, CloudTech mattresses, and Coop pillows (all selected with high quality and comfort a top priority). The Primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with sleek lighting and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and fan. The Primary also includes a 43” Samsung Smart TV with Youtube TV (and all your favorite apps). Bedroom #2 offers broad mountain views and direct access to the pool. Both Bedroom #2 and #3 contain queen beds with 50” Samsung Smart TV with Youtube TV (and all your favorite apps). Bathroom #2 has a shower/tub combo, heated mirror with LED lighting, and fan.
There is high speed internet at up to 1GB throughout the home for seamless connectivity to all devices and a Nest Smart Thermostat for personalized temperature settings. Stacked LG washer & dryer for guest use in the kitchen closet with Tide pods and dryer sheets included. Guests can park in the two-car garage, large driveway, and plenty of street parking as well.

Additional Rules and Info:
- Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am per city rules and in respect of the neighbors.
- Pool with spa heating available at $70 per day, or spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 86 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa. There is a 14-consecutive day minimum for pool and/or spa heating scheduling.
- Post stay housekeeping is for three hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay.
- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.
- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their driver’s license at check-in.
- No mail box access is available. When placing an Amazon order kindly instruct them to deliver to Front Door and not on Sundays. USPS service is not available for guests. Use Fedex or UPS for front door deliveries.
Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available.
