This Spanish vacation home is located in a quiet and secluded neighborhood, only minutes from fashionable, world-class El Paseo shopping and scores of dining experiences, adjacent to 40 public golf courses, tennis centers, and other attractions. Its central and convenient location is unmatched and highly desirable.

This private home features a resort-style pool/spa with lush and irrigated lawns, a landscape of desert succulents, and a variety of mature citrus trees (oranges, Myers lemons, grapefruits). Front and rear sitting areas ensure that warm desert sun is available throughout the day (Heating of spa is $35 per day; If heating of pool is required, $60 per day).

The home boasts a wide-open plan with high ceilings, plaster walls, and cut marble floors. Two separate air-management systems - with stylish ceiling fans in every room - ensure your comfort.

The living room features beamed ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, modern 65-inch monitor with access to the best content from Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Sling TV. Audio and WiFi are available throughout the home.

Sets of oversized French doors connect to an outdoor dining patio complete with Stainless Steel barbeque, new outdoor furniture, a conversation pit fireplace, and both a fan and heater to ensure your comfort. A quiet sanctuary providing views of the pool, the natural beauty of the garden, privacy, and relaxation for you and your friends.

The modern kitchen has been completely modeled and features stainless steel GE Monogram appliances, a large LG refrigerator, and designer cupboards. Maytag commercial washer and dryer are available for your use in a separate utility room.

The generous Master suite is located at the far end of the home. It features a large ensuite bathroom (with its decorative fireplace), polished marble floors, a large sunken tub, and a tiled shower. French doors lead from a large adjoining sitting area to the rear garden. A second oversized bedroom with its ensuite is situated away from the master and features wall-to-wall closets and a large walk-in shower. Both the Master and 2nd bedrooms offer a king bed and the 3rd bedroom features designer wall finishes, a comfortable queen-size bed, and direct access to a bath and shower facility.

Palm Springs and Coachella Valley are home to more than one hundred world-class public golf courses. Desert Willows, one of the finest public golf courses in the state of California, is close at hand. College of the Desert is one of the state's most recognized golf academies. But sports are not the only draw. World-class hotels bring with them exciting new restaurants, adding to the already great variety that has made the desert famous for its hospitality. Both UC and CSU university campuses and quality libraries are located within a short drive.
