The great room of this home is bright and open, an entertainer's dream, with high ceilings and big spaces - pleasant for a family, a group, or a few couples. The living room features a large-scale gas fireplace for warmth on a cool desert evening - and views of the pool, firepit, and the unique dining rotunda area that looks onto the pool and outdoor fire ring/fireplace. Spending full days outside in the sunshine will be a breeze with the private pool and spa at your fingertips and a backdrop of the mountains beyond. On the north end of the pool, a shallow tanning shelf provides for water sunbathing, and on the other end of the pool is a separate whirlpool spa. -Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Security camera details: There are active security cameras facing the driveway, sides, and pool of this home. The pool-facing camera will be moved to the side during guest occupancy.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
