Designed to facilitate relaxing and easy entertaining, the open concept great room with kitchen, dining and living areas creates a spacious shared experience for everyone to enjoy together. The expansive sliding glass doors bring the outdoor paradise indoors and captures the brilliant San Jacinto mountain views.

The grand living room is the heart of the home with plenty of comfortable seating on the lush blue velvet sofas centered around the dramatic floor-to-ceiling art tile gas fireplace with twinkling glass crystals. Snuggle up to watch a movie on the 60 inch Smart TV with Roku or listen to the your favorite tunes through the built-in stereo system.

The indoor dining area seats up to 8 comfortably and is perfect for holiday meals or intimate dinners with close friends and family. The glitzy buffet, glamorous sconce lighting, bold artwork, modern red chairs and nifty chandelier contribute to the chic flair of this swanky dining area.

BEDROOMS

Pamper yourself in one of the 4 luxurious bedrooms furnished with comfort and tranquility in mind. All bedroom sanctuaries offer brand new hospitality-quality mattresses, high thread count linens, built-in closets, ceiling fans, custom shades, colorful artwork, vaulted ceilings, sliding glass doors to outside spaces and fantastic mountain views. Three bedrooms have attached bathrooms that provide complete guest privacy for couples traveling together.

GRAND MASTER RETREAT – The northwest wing master is well appointed with a King bed, Tuft & Needle mattress, sitting area, 50” flat screen smart HDTV with Roku, spacious walk-in closet, access to the pool and spa through glass sliding doors and individual heating and cooling splitter unit. The opulent en suite bath offers a sensuous double head custom glass tiled walk-in shower, indulgent soaking tub, Toto toilet, Grohe fixtures, gorgeous quartz top double vanities and access to outdoor shower through frosted glass door.

KING GUEST RETREAT – The northeast bedroom has a CA King bed, Tuft & Needle mattress, 50” flat screen smart HDTV with Roku, spacious closet, access to a private enclosed outdoor courtyard with lounge and seating area. The en suite bath offers a custom tile and glass walk-in shower with double bronze showerheads, Toto toilet, black granite top vanity and modern Pfister fixtures.

TWIN GUEST ROOM – The third bedroom features 2 twin beds with access to hall bath & outdoor private enclosed courtyard.

CASITA – The fourth bedroom is a private suite on the opposite end of the house from the other bedrooms with a separate entrance. This second master is a perfect retreat for guests who want complete seclusion. This suite provides a Queen bed with new foam mattress, 32 inch smart TV with Roku, mini fridge / freezer and dedicated heating / cooling system. The en suite bath boasts a custom tile walk-in shower with rain showerhead, Toto toilet and black granite vanity with ample storage.

OUTDOORS LIVING SPACES

Bathed in year-round sunshine, this resort-style property allows you to truly experience the magnificent desert climate with multiple outdoor entertainment areas and sweeping mountain views. The meticulously maintained grounds are walled, gated and hedged to provide the utmost privacy. Discover your own desert paradise landscaped with a variety of towering palm trees, rock gardens, olive trees, cactus, fruit trees, desert ornamentals and flowering plants.

The centerpiece of this outdoor playground is the inviting 40’ x 10’ black bottom pool (heating optional) perfect for swimming laps or floating aimlessly. The integrated tanning deck has built-in umbrella stands and lounge chairs. For soaking in the PS sunshine, there are plenty of chaise lounges to enjoy a full day of sun from the west-facing patio. If shade is what you crave, hang out or nap under the cover of an umbrella with a cool drink. After a long day of golf or sightseeing, indulge yourself in the tranquil jetted spa with gentle spillway trickling into the pool. At sunset, enjoy cocktails in the comfortable lounge or built in seating area around one of the two gas fire pits. Enjoy dinner or evening cocktails around the outdoor dining table under a canopy of twinkling desert stars. There’s also a natural gas stainless steel BBQ and outside shower to complete the perfect outdoor experience.

AMENITIES

For our guests added convenience we offer a 2-car garage, dedicated laundry room with full size Whirlpool washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, HD cable TV, built-in stereo with Airplay, solar power, whole house water conditioning system, phone service with unlimited long distance to US and Canada and estate disposal service. All high quality linens and towels provided too.

OPTIONAL FEES

For stays of less than 28 nights, the optional pool & spa heat fee is $100/day or $650/week. Pool heat is not needed between June - September. If you do not want pool heat but would like to heat the spa, the cost is $60/ day. A utility deposit is collected for stays of 28 nights or more and the amount is based on the length of stay. The cost of an Early Arrival or Late Departure is $200 each plus tax.

We strive to provide you all the comforts of home without the work. That is why we offer all our guests access to a local property manager on call to attend to your needs. Weekly gardening service and pool service twice per week are also provided. Just relax and enjoy your stay!

This property is nestled at the base of the San Jacinto Mountains in the historic Vista Las Palms neighborhood of Central Palm Springs. You are within a mile walk to Palm Canyon Drive and the Uptown Design District, which boasts upscale restaurants, designer boutiques, vintage furniture shops, trendy coffee cafes, cocktail lounges and art galleries. You’ll be able to enjoy all the activities this famous city has to offer including hiking, biking, horseback riding, day spas, golfing, tennis, gambling and riding the PS Arial Tramway.
