The sunlit dining area features a table that can seat up to four guests. It opens onto a balcony offering a clear view of the street, ideal for enjoying a coffee in the fresh air.

The fully equipped kitchen provides all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals.

One bedroom has a double bed (140x200), and the other two have queen-size beds (160x200). All the beds are neatly made with high-quality hotel linen.

There are two bathrooms in the apartment: the first with a shower and toilet, and the second with a shower.

You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays.

All you need to do is unpack your bags and enjoy!

Guests will have access to the entire home!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro, tram and RER station, Neuilly Porte Maillot, is just a 4-minute walk.

CDG airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Security system installed inside the flat that is deactivated when the flat is rented.

The movement detection gadgets only work if the alarm is activated. They are installed in the living room and at the entrance of the flat. Take note that the alarm or the security system is no longer activated while the flat is rented to guests.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property if our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
