This designer, one bedroom, incredible apartment on the 11th floor of a modern contemporary Parisian ultra secure building : concierge, security badges for access to elevators.. There are two elevators.
UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS OF THE EIFFEL TOWER FROM EACH ROOM!
The Eiffel Tower is a five minutes walk from the building and all transports are also within five minutes walk.
This 55sqm ( 610sqft) apartment, which feels bigger than its actual size , has been gut-renovated in April 2019 using the most luxury materials.
This apartment is very bright and sunny while being extremely quiet and has opened views and great unobstructed views of the Eiffel Tower.
This apartment is only available for 2 adults maximum. No sofa bed or anything for additional guests.
You enter in a foyer which opens to the living room as well as an access to the kitchen.
The wooden parquet gives this apartment a cozy feeling.
All furniture and appliances are brand new except for some genuine antique furniture and art which complements the modern look.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances including a washer and a dryer ( very rare in Paris).Should you fancy to cook the apartment is well equipped as it is my home and I love to cook.
The main bathroom has been renovated with an Italian Shower with a luxurious rain shower head and a double sink . There is an additional half bathroom for convenience.
There is central A/C a rarity in Paris. The A/C system is brand new and very quiet!
This apartment is located close to most tourist attractions and will be your gorgeous suite to rest after a busy day. You can also enjoy real fast internet , two flat screen TVs ( one in the living room one in the bedroom) and a stereo.

This is my home away from home and I hope you will enjoy staying in this apartment as much as I do.
When you step out of the apartment you are five minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, Champs de Mars gardens and Hotel des Invalides. an additional five minutes of walking and you are at the Invalides, Trocadero Musee d'Orsay.
By metro ( also a five minutes walk) you can reach with less than 15 minutes Les Champs ElysƩes, Le Louvre Museum, Concorde Plaza. You can also easily visit by Metro, the beautiful shopping area of Le Marais (with its sixteenth century buildings) or head up to the bohemian Montmartre area and visit the Sacre Coeur.
Surrounding the apartment, you have the luxury of being able to choose from multiple restaurants, wine bars, cafes, supermarkets, Boulangeries and much more. You will have a truly memorable stay in Paris at this apartment and enjoy this beautiful safe, central trendy and yet quiet location. You will be living as a true Parisian in luxury and comfort!
Finally the apartment has two central A/Cs( one in the living room one in the bedroom) as well as very fast internet. Most apartments in Paris advertising A/C only have portable A/Cs.. This is a brand new central A/C system.

The ownerā€™s representative was very friendly and helpful. The property was delightful and well located close to restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, and transportation. The view was awesome. The neighborhood was quiet. We would return without hesitation.

This apartment was spectacular on the 11th floor with stunning views of the Eiffel Tower. Washer and Dryer was a great addition. Communication with the host was easy and the one issue we had was dealt with in a timely fashion. Would definitely ask to stay again when back in Paris.

Christine & her support staff are amazing. They were available even late at night to solve a minor issue. The unit is exactly as advertised; la Tour Eiffel is right in your face! The arrival process was smooth, information about the unit and the surrounding neighborhood is clearly laid out on the coffee table, two Metro stations and bus stops are just minutes away (tip: buy the xDay RATP pass for your duration) which puts all of Paris within your reach. Bakeries (Boulangerie), CafĆ©s, Brasseries (kind of between a cafĆ©, a bar and a full restaurant) Grocery stores (Ɖpicerie), and a lot of history are surrounding you at this location. We highly recommend Christineā€™s place!

Located in a beautiful neighborhood, this gorgeous apartment has stunning views of the Eiffel Tower from each room. Our host arranged for someone to greet us at the apartment so check in was a breeze. This listing is exactly as described - and more. Breath taking view!

Just WOW! A once in a lifetime stay in Paris with unbelievable views of the Eiffel Tower from every room except the bathroom! It was like a dream waking up each morning to see the Tower and not to mention seeing it light up and twinkle each night! We loved everything about it! Great location too! Extremely close to the Eiffel Tower, the Metro and many restaurants. Who could want for more? Do not hesitate to rent this glamorous apartment from Christine, a charming hostess.

Great location

Views were amazing! Location couldn't be beat. Walking distance from the metro so we could get anywhere in Paris quickly. Tons of options for good food within walking distance as well. We met some of the neighbors in the tiny elevator,l, and they were all so kind.

Incredible view of Eiffel Tower

Wow! The first words that came out of my mouth when I saw the view. Pictures do not do it justice. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and in a wonderful location. Lots of shopping and food within a 10 min walk. The bakery across the street is great and we also went a Italian restaurant Firmine just down the street. Do not hesitate and book this place. Seeing the tower sparkle every night is breathtaking

Outstanding Eiffel Tower view

The apartment was attractive and had a well supplied kitchen that included a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. It also has heat pump air conditioners, although we did not need them in October. The location is excellent with great restaurants and a close up Eiffel Tower view.

It was a dream!

This property lived up to and even exceeded my expectations. Waking up to and going to bed with the Eiffel Tower right out our window was so special. Great neighborhood with delicious cafe right across the street, grocery within a block and Christineā€™s restaurant recommendation was spot on. Best meal we had in Paris and the first on her list that was less than a 5 minute walk. Clean, well stocked and central to everything we had planned. I highly recommend staying here. Helped to create so many great memories for a romantic week in Paris. Thanx again Christine :)

Beau sƩjour avec Eiffel et Christine

We had the most lovely stay in the most perfect flat with the most gracious host offering an outstanding view in the City of Love and Lights! Christine started our conversation with the do's and don't's and suggestions for first times and professionals! Great and well received especially with the sunny days and unexpected rainy days! This flat offered not only safety and convenience but also provided amenities that gave us all that we needed to be visitors. It was quaint, cozy, loved the two separate WC's and the kitchen was very well appointed with accoutrements to keep us going in the morning; but, the supermarche just two blocks away for more coffee and wine was a nice+! The neighborhood bistro gems (Cafe Fleur for pate and escargot) and Cafe Tour Eiffel (the Brie...wow, trust me, tourist'esque, true, but cozy).....We can't say enough about this lovely flat and will count the days until we can come back for more fun in this magical city!! Merci beaucoup, Christine!!

Beautiful View of the Eiffel Tower

We enjoyed our stay in Paris. The location of the apartment was terrific for us to walk to many of the local attractions we planned to see. One morning it rained, so thought we'd watch TV in the living room; however, didn't see the directions in the manual to operate the TV, nor the stereo. This is a small item, but just wanted to provide feedback. Overall, the experience was lovely. The apartment was very comfortable for the two of us and clean. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the apartment, especially at night was breathtaking. The bottle of champagne was a nice touch and very much appreciated! Thank you! Kindest Regards, Judy

Gorgeous view!

This property will not disappoint! There was a perfect view of the Eiffel Tower from every window in every room. I loved laying in bed and falling asleep to the sparkling lights of the Eiffel Tower. Location was a 7 minute walk to the metro station with lots of restaurants and bakeries along the way. Owner and property manager were great with communication! Will stay here again.

First time in Paris

First time visit to Paris. My husbandā€™s one request was to find an apartment with views of the Eiffel Tower! The apartment is exactly like the pictures, and the views are even better in person! Every night was a front row seat of the Eiffel Tower light show!

Perfect location and stay

Micaela was AMAZING checking us in and getting us settled in. Everyone else says the pictures do not do justice to the view and itā€™s true. Walkable to the Eiffel Tower and Invalides. Close to two metro stations so easy to use. Restaurants and pharmacie and grocery just a few minutes away walking. Very very clean and safe. Nice electric metal shutters made the apt SO dark when we needed to sleep. Quiet. Beautiful courtyard garden. Fully equipped kitchen. Laundry. Never needed one thing. Even had a bottle of champagne for us when she learned it was our honeymoon. We could not have asked for a better stay for our honeymoon. Host provided detailed instruction book with pictures so any question you might have has been considered. Worth the price!

Great Place to Stay in Paris

This home is an excellent choice when visiting Paris, The view of the Eiffel Tower is amazing. The location provided my wife and I a very enjoyable stay in Paris. The bakery across the street is an excellent place for breakfast or small meals for lunch or dinner. The host, Christine, was a wonderful person to work with.
