Solo business trip

Great location. Great town. Ocean is just a few steps away. If you are traveling solo and not looking to spend much time sitting inside this is a great spot.

Weekend Getaway

Was in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place to get away from the busy downtown Newport Beach area. Just a quick bike ride away from all of the activities.

Hello Dawn- We are happy to hear that overall your stay went well. However, we were disappointed learn that your stay was impacted by the direction our home faces. As stated in the 1st sentence of our description, this is the back (not ocean facing) unit located at our oceanfront home. This unit is however permitted to use the oceanfront patio shared alongside my family and/or other renters. When renting our home on VRBO we do our best to accurately describe our rental unit and ask all potential guests to read our advertisement prior to completing the booking process. Great location but very cheap accommodations.

Location was amazing but the owners are very cheap. There were literally 2 towels in the unit, one extra blanket that was very old and uncomfortable and the bed was horrible. The washer and dryer needs quarters to use. This place has the potential to be amazing and for what they charge it would literally take such a small amount of money to provide some quality for the guests.

Great little spot

You are in an oceanfront property (in the back unit, facing the one-way street), and the windows over the loft bedroom allow you to hear the waves crashing as you go to sleep. Loved that. All the joy of the beach in Newport without the chaos (and traffic) of going out on the peninsula. One observation: lots of stairs (to the upstairs unit and to the loft bedroom), and they are funky, narrow stairs. It wasn't a problem for us. Tower 17 (the property manager) was very responsive. We had a great week!

Awesome Place

Not being completely familiar with the Newport Beach area, was a bit worried about proximity to the beach. Wanted to be as close as possible, while staying in our budget. Absolutely loved the location. The beach was literally 25 steps away! A close bike ride to shops and restaurants and short Ubers to shopping and really good restaurants. Absolutely will be back!

Not a bad spot for 1 bedroom

Place is very close to the sand, but keep in mind not facing the ocean. For 1 bedroom, it's way better than a hotel and the neighborhood is nice. If you can cook, there's a kitchen. If you want to hang out near the beach, there's this place. Would come back

Great location

Fabulous location. They have beach chairs, bicycles and beach towels. Quiet location but close to the action.

Quick trip to the beach

Needed a getaway for a few days. This place was nice. Right on the beach. It does not face the beach but the building is on the beach. (We would have preferred the main floor unit facing the beach, but it was not available). Unit was clean and comfortable for two. We got out exercise going up and down stairs. It probably would not be the right fit for someone with a problem negotiation stairs. Nice and clean. Owners were very helpful and nice. We would stay there again.

Great location

Enjoyed my stay at this family owned property. Perfect location, beachfront but away from the crowds. Many good, casual restaurants within walking distance. Owner very responsive before, during and after visit. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again! The unit is well stocked with bikes, beach chairs, sand toys, etc. to enjoy the best of the beach and surrounding area! We loved eating out and relaxing on the patio with umbrellas and lounge chairs. When we needed something, it was taken care of immediately! Thank you!

Fabulous Property!

My 9 year old and myself stayed in this unit April 1-10th for our Spring Break. It is centrally located to all the areas we planned to visit - Huntington Beach, Laguna and Anaheim. Everything we needed was provided - from a cork screw for my wine to the beach chair and toys for the kids, towels, dishes and hair dryer too! The best part about all of that is this unit does not charge for house cleaning or linens like most VRBO places. Even though the unit is one of 3 in the building we rarely knew we had neighbors. The unit is clean, modern and well kept. This will be our new home when vacationing in Newport Beach.

Very Nice Beach Studio

This beach studio was just right for us. It is in a great location. It is well furnished and very clean. You can tell the owners take good care of the property. They were also very good/easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway!!

I had the pleasure of staying in this perfect location for a beach getaway! It was immaculately clean, all updated, and the location is perfect. Quiet, yet close to everything Newport Beach has to offer. We rode bikes everywhere and the path is right outside your door....Can't wait to return to this little gem!!

My Best VRBO Stay ever!

I had the pleasure of renting the studio this past February. It is so beautifully kept, and the area was quiet and peaceful, such a restorative stay! The owners were kind and attentive, and I hope to return whenever possible. I would recommend this place to anyone, though I don't want it to become too famous, because then I may never be able to rent it again! Thank you, Dicorpio's for a wonderful stay...

Oceanfront beauty

My wife and I spent several days at this wonderful home. It is situated on the water in the quiet part of Newport Beach. The unit is very clean and beautifully decorated. The owners are very friendly and really wanted to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We can't wait to come back again.
