Breathtaking gulf/sunset views. Watch dolphins + manatees play from the balcony

Come enjoy unit 2502 in Sandcastle II. It's time to relax in this beautiful & spacious 1200 sq ft, 3BR/2BA condo directly on the gulf with unobstructed views. It is in one of the most popular condo complexes on the beaches. Updated fully stocked kitchen w granite countertops and all new appliances, including a dishwasher. Also provided is equipment to use at beachside grill. Not in the mood to cook, no problem! Steps from the front door is a local favorite hang out with live music, Caddy's the Pub Restaurant. There are also other places to choose from within walking distance.

The master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan with a private beautifully tiled bath. There is plenty of storage in the dressers and closets to unpack. You can hear the waves while you are in bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds and the 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed (2 twin beds), perfect for the kids. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a view of the intercoastal waterway. All bedrooms have their own flat screen TV and ceiling fan. A must have amenity is a new water softener. There is free Wi/fi and cable TV, DVD players, Wii, movies, books and games! There is also a designated covered parking spot under the building.

The balcony is oversized, directly overlooking the beachfront pool, beach and Gulf. Balcony access and gulf views from master and LR. There are 2 overhead fans on the balcony to keep you cool. The Gulf is so close you can watch dolphins playing. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee while strolling down the beach looking for shells. Imagine lounging on the sugar white sand beach or sunning poolside with your favorite book. Then enjoy an evening cocktail watching breathtaking sunsets on your private balcony.

The building has 2 upgraded elevators (10/2021), a heated pool and hot tub. 2 new beachside grills free for your use and carts for your luggage and groceries. Island Marine Rental is across the street for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, boats, mopeds, fishing gear etc. There are cabanas and chairs available to rent on the beach directly behind the condo. There is trolley service up and down Gulf Blvd to help you get around.

You'll make wonderful memories making you wanting to come back year after year.

We had wonderful vacation. We loved the location. We especially ejoyed watching the dolphin and sunsets from the balcony. The property is very well maintained. The condo has everything you need and more. The host was very prompt to respond to any questions.

This is a perfect rental for a family vacation!! The condo was clean and stocked with starter items. The kitchen had all the equipment and utensils needed if you like to cook in. Bath towels, beach towels, and linens were provided. Easy access to the pool, hot tub, and beach. The sunsets from the balcony were beautiful and we did get to see the dolphins and manatees just as the description said!! Caddy’s is an easy walk across the street and had great food! I also like that you can do the chair and umbrella rentals on the beach right in front of the condo. Check in was super easy and we had no issues during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental and will most likely be staying here again should our adventures take us back to Florida. Thanks Valerie for making our stay wonderful!!

Summer vacation

Great condo excellent view, everything we needed. Only negative was on renters before us leaving all of the beach chairs toys etc covered with sand. Would also like to have known about thermostat not being able to be set below 72. Would definitely stay again

Fantastic beach property

This was our third time to the area and our favorite stay yet! They had everything we needed . The condo was absolutely amazing. Loved the beach and pool access so close so the kids could go back and forth easily. Our 10 year old could have spent all day at the pool. Even on the 4th of July we had plenty of room at the beach. Caddy’s across the street was delicious when we wanted to eat out. The location made grocery delivery very convenient. The owners were so great about communicating with us before and during our stay.

Wonderful stay at Indian Shores!

We had a lovely stay at this property. Very clean, and the owners were very responsive. The beach was beautiful, waters calm, and it was very convenient to trolley stops. They had lots of beach towels, chairs, and toys available. The only thing missing was a beach umbrella. You can rent chairs/umbrella right in front of the condo, but it would have been nice to have our own since we often didn’t stay on the beach the entire day. Other than that, would stay there again!

Beautiful Condo

We loved everything about the condo! Great location, well stocked, and Val is the nicest person we’ve ever rented from! Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet. Highly recommend, thanks for everything!

Indian Shores condo

The location, heated pool, hot tub, beach access as well as the balcony view were excellent. The bathrooms were on the small side and one of the elevators was down during our entire week stay, which I have found is typical with buildings in this area. We had one individual that was handicapped to the point that it would have been terrible had the lone elevator stopped functioning. This also made for longer waits for elevator access.

Excellent communication and location

Thank you, Jill, communication was top-notch.Jill responses very quickly with any questions you might have.We traveled with daughter, son-in-law three teenage grandchildren. We drove down, but next year we plan on flying and renting this unit. The unit has beach towels, beach chairs, and supplies. Caddy’s is across a two lane road on the inter-coastal side, (safe crossing).Two queen beds, king bed, and twin beds made for comfortable sleeping for everyone.

Great week in sunny Florida!

We loved our stay. Condo had a great beach view and easy access to beach, pool, and hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed for food prep. Looking forward to our stay again next year!

Beautiful condo w view

Great stay! Condo is nicely furnished, very clean, comfortable beds and furniture and all you could want in the kitchen. Pools and hot tubs are clean and we’re not that crowded when we were there. Beach is soft white sand and literally out of the door. Highly recommend

Great location and neighborhood. Easy access to beach, dedicated (albeit tight) park space, and beautiful view of gulf and sunsets. Condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. Valerie answered and responded quickly to all of my questions.

Much needed beach vacation

My sister and I had a wonderful time at this condo. The condo is beautiful and very accomodating. The beds were comfortable and everything was so clean. And the beautiful ocean view - what can I say - it was exceptional to look out to that view everyday! We loved the oversized balcony that had a really comfortable table with swival chairs which we used everyday. The kitchen was very nice and had plenty of items to use in cooking and eating. There was a nice big couch which was very nice and comfortable. We were very happy to have nice bath towels. In addition to our bath towels - there was a great selection of beach towels. It was so nice not to have to pack beach towels to bring on a plane. I also really liked the chute near the elevators where you dropped off the trash bags. That was so convenient. We both loved our stay at the Indian Shores 2 beach condo. My sister and I were impressed on how clean they kept the pool area. It was very nice. And it was so convenient to be able to step right out to the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs to take to the beach - low sitting beach chairs and higher sitting ones, as well. What more could you ask for! Communication with the owner was very easy and responsive & we appreciate them making sure that the condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable! Caddy's - right across the street - was so good - great food! I would definately recommend this condo to anyone who wants to spend a week at this great beach. Thanks for everything!

Mom/daughter senior spring break

4 moms and 4 daughters on their high school senior spring break. The condo met out needs and was perfect. Great views from the balcony, loved watching dolphins. The area was nice. Would definitely would stay here again. My only little complaint is that the hot tub and pool was closed down at 9:30. Would be nice if it was at least open until 11:00. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful, clean Oceanside condo

We traveled to Indian Shores from Des Moines, Iowa. One of the things that drew me to this condo was the balcony and it did not disappoint. The view from the balcony was amazing! The condo was clean on arrival and very well stocked with linens / towels and kitchen supplies. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The washer and dryer in the unit were wonderful for a beach vacation. There is a bin of beach goodies on the porch from beach chairs to sand castle supplies. The area had plenty to do. The activities we loved the most were body surfing, walks on the beach and bicycling the Panellas trail. We rented from Trail Sport Bicycles. They are reasonably priced and supplied us with everything we needed. Head North on the trail, that is the best. Things to avoid…We went to the Clearwater aquarium which I do not recommend. It is small and took us less than an hour to get through. Busch gardens was also a bust. Very expensive and the rides kept breaking down. They nickel and dime you on everything. The food…we love donuts and Jupiter donuts did not disappoint. It is about a 15 minute drive. We drove to town most nights for dinner. Miller’s Ale house was great. Zaxbys is good fried chicken. Caddy’s is right across the street with good drinks Parking… It is very tight but doable. We had a minivan that fit with lots of maneuvering. The guest parking was never open so I’m glad we only had one car. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful condo!

Condo Has It All

Wonderful stay at this condo. If you want to stay and cook in, everything you need is provided. The grill area is very useful. If you prefer to eat out, Caddy’s is right across the street along with many other restaurants within minutes away. The pool was always clean, convenient parking, and the beach is right there. Sunsets are beautiful and if you enjoy boating or kayaking, it is right across the street. Plenty of room in the condo and Valerie is quick to answer any questions you may have.

The previous owner has kept up this property to perfection. It is newly updated with granite counter tops and new baths. The beds are very comfortable and supplied with luxury linens.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I fell in love with this condo because compared to others I looked at it is nice and close to the water. You are close enough to dolphin watch. It is nicely decorated and has every supply you may want; Including beach toys and games for the family. The outside grill area is lovely and is beach and pool side. I love to sit by the pool and still be able to see the gulf. The balcony is larger than most and a unique feature is the master bedroom also has balcony access with gulf views. Imagine on cool nights sleeping with the sliders open listening to the surf. Need I say more!
