In high season, condo rents only from Saturday to Saturday. In mid or low season, Saturday to Saturday requirement can be negotiated.

BABY FRIENDLY!! Condo is equipped with GRACO Pack and Play playpen with/without mattress, 2 booster seats (for infants up to toddlers), plastic baby dinnerware, plastic bibs, 2 baby baths, child safety bed rail, baby books and toys, baby carrier (up to 40 lbs), baby walker, baby life jackets, 2 child step stools to reach counter for teeth brushing, and rocking baby bassinette. Plastic outlet plugs and sliding cupboard locks are available.

PARKING! There is one designated underground parking spot for this condo. In low season an additional parking permit may be possible in the Visitor lot at the side of the building. Owner will arrange for an additional parking permit for the Visitor Parking lot in low season if available.

GYM FOR YOU AND YOUR GUESTS!! The property fee of $80 includes free access to The Beachfront Fitness Center, approximately 1 mile south of the condo, for you and your guests. Take advantage of free exercise classes and use of the gym equipment. Owner will provide details at time of booking.

Property fee also includes renters insurance with coverage of $1500 for accidental damage and spills with zero deductible; designated underground parking spot; access to property management company 24/7; check-in and check-out; and special arrangements for key pick-up/drop-off after-hours. No damage deposit is collected.

It's an easy drive to Busch Gardens and professional sports games in Tampa.
