Great Month!

Rick was a wonderful host… answered all of our questions and was responsive to a few minor issues. We especially loved the outdoor space & our granddaughter couldn’t get enough of the pool & spa! Thanks so much for everything!

Amazing as always

This is our third or fourth time staying at Rick’s home with our 3 kids. This isn’t a run of the mill rental, this is a home that Rick and his family visit so you will find absolutely everything you need. We love staying here every time we come into town to visit my in-laws. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. It’s clean, Rick is always reachable should you need something, they have thought of everything you’d possibly need in the kitchen and the backyard is amazing. Stay here, you won’t regret it

Amazing Place!

Very clean, well equipped, great communication and easy to follow directions for everything! Pictures don't do justice for how nice a property this is. Also it's located in a very quiet neighborhood; family friendly. Our kids all said they loved it and wanted to return soon!!!

56th Anniversary with family.

Best in Havasu, maybe anywhere!

We came to meet friends for Desert Storm in Lake Havasu City. We had booked another home via VRBO but needed to change dates to this popular week. When they more than doubled the price (because the "can"), we walked, and I looked for another place thinking I would never find once that looked as nice as the first. How fortunate I feel that we went looking again because we found the best place we have ever stayed in Havasu, maybe any VRBO anywhere - and the price had not increased just because of the Desert storm week. The inside is decorated professionally, perfectly clean and appointed like a 5 star hotel. Rick thinks of all kinds of little things that you don't expect but think "how cool is that?". A Kuerig PLUS a free selection of drinks? We always bring our own but only find the machine once in a while. The garage is spacious, clean and meticulously appointed as well, right down to the custom flooring. We loved being able to roll up into the garage and not worry about thieves at night. Finally, and maybe best of all is the outdoor space. It really is an Oasis, private and complete with pool (heated for a fee, swimmable in April with solar), spa (no extra fee), putting green, fire-table and chairs, 6 hi-class loungers on the elevated deck, BBQ, sound system, well-lit for nightlife activities... in a word, inviting. We won't need to look at any other places for our next visit. This is our go-to for Havasu!

Fantastic home!

My wife and I rented this home for a week long getaway. The home was perfect! Even better than we had hoped. It had everything that we needed and was clean as a whistle. We had one or two colder days for the pool, but on those days the spa was perfect substitute. We would absolutely rent this home again!

The absolute best

We are a family of 5, including 3 young kids, and have stayed in many home rentals both in Havasu and throughout the world. I will go so far to say that Ricks home is the absolute best we’ve stayed in. The home was better than the pictures, they have anything and everything you’d need in the kitchen. The beds are comfortable, home is very clean, and communication was great before, during and after our stay. We will most definitely be booking again on our future trips to Havasu.

Look no further!!!!!

This property was exactly what we needed after these last two years!!! Not only does it feel as though you are at a five star resort, the house is amazingly clean, the owner is kind and very responsive, and kitchen had everything we needed for meal times. The pool, hot tub and putting green was the ultimate fun for our family. We more than enjoyed ourselves and cannot wait to return!!! This house is just what we needed to relax and unwind. Not one negative thing to say about our experience.

A month in Paradise

Rick’s house in Lake Havasu was our paradise for a month this spring. We absolutely loved the property and have already booked our stay for next year. Rick was wonderful to work with and definitely the most responsive owner we have ever dealt with through VRBO. Don’t hesitate to book this house…you won’t be disappointed! Location is ideal and the house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We can’t wait to go back next year!!

Vacation Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit in Lake Havasu, thanks to having this exceptional vacation rental. Everything about this home seems new and top notch, from the bedding to anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Everything is in perfect working order. We especially enjoyed the beautiful private oasis out back. It is a good 10-15 minutes from town/lake, and requires some winding through nice neighborhoods, but no big deal. Communications with the owner couldn't have been better, we appreciate their desire to make sure we were happy.

50th B-Day get away with family and friends

We stayed at this property to celebrate my 50th B-Day. We had an amazing time at this very beautiful home. The kitchen and outside grill allowed for multiple people to be cooking and the sit-down island was perfect spot for others to "help". And by "help" I mean, watch, chat, and drink wine. We spent our mornings hiking through SARA Park, the afternoons on the Lake, driving through the desert or relaxing in the pool. We ended every night by cooking a big meal, wine and relaxing in the hot tub. We definitely plan on staying here again.

We went for our Anniversary and this place was amazing.. It had everything and more Rick and his wife were amazing. They help us with any questions we had ,they were very accommodating and all around really nice people. Amazing house

We absolutely enjoyed our time in havasu we felt like it was home !!! We wish our Vacation didn’t have to end.

This Was our first time renting a vacation home and we are so glad we did! It was smooth sailing from the time we booked to the time we left. The host was extremely helpful and prompt to reply to any questions we had. The pictures you see of the rental are great but seeing the house in person is another story. Beautiful Home. Clean, comfortable & fully equipped with everything we needed. We took lots of pictures and have friends asking about it already. We hope to come back again sometime. Jen and I, (Rick), bought the house as a getaway from our busy professional lives. We have three lovely daughters and an energetic younger son. Our oldest has given us three grandchildren and we just want to enjoy all our free time with them. My folks live less than 2 miles away so the location was perfect for us. We live in California but vacation in Lake Havasu. We love everything outdoors and love the freedom this great country gives us to roam its land.

This home checked all of our boxes after searching for nearly a year. We knew this was the house for us as soon as we stepped in the front door. We were fortunate enough to buy our perfect vacation home from the most amazing couple. Gene and Cindy were the most amazing sellers anyone could ask for. They set the bar high, and I want to start where they left off. I expect we will remain friends with them forever.
