Your Island Getaway with poolside patio!

It is unfortunate that some guests are seemingly impossible to please. Immediately upon booking, we went above and beyond to accommodate their never ending requests, including a request to provide a rental vehicle or secure borrowing someone’s car for their stay. Then upon arrival, the ‘complaints’ started all in an effort to receive ‘a discount of some kind.’ Anytime they raised a ‘concern,’ whether it was not knowing which light switches controlled which light, or which remote control operated the television, we immediately either offered a solution or direction. When they ‘complained’ that housekeeping wasn’t up to their standards due to crumbs left in the toaster, we offered to have housekeeping come back, they declined. They broke the screen door and then said ‘it fell off,’ despite surviving several hurricanes and the property maintenance supervisor witnessing them ‘rip it off the door.’ These particular guests simply could not be satisfied and were only looking for something for nothing before, during and after their stay. Highly suggest avoiding them at all costs.
