The space
This modern Miami/Vegas inspired 3 bed/3 full bath has 1360 sq. ft of luxury interior space & a massive 1028 sq. ft exterior terrace -- just a few blocks from downtown Cabo/marina! The building is walking distance to Cabo's best restaurants, clubs, bars, spas, & shops.

This unique condo features a modern, open design with a large private steam room for 4, a 9 person private jacuzzi, & an expansive, partly covered patio with a 6 person fire pit, custom daybed, hammock, and loungers. Jacuzzi cleaned weekly by professional pool cleaning service (pretty sure this is rare in Cabo).

We have fast WiFi & three 55-inch flatscreens with Sonos sound systems & access to Netflix(included)YouTube/other streaming apps. There are four A/C units in the condo; one in the living room & one located in each bedroom.

The kitchen has a built-in water filtration system for the sink with an additional large Brita filter in the fridge. The kitchen also includes granite waterfall countertops, bar seating for 4, a gas powered stove top & modern range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, cookware, and additional spices/condiments. A washer and dryer is enclosed on the patio next to the wet bar/BBQ area.

Each bedroom has high quality imported sheets & attached bathrooms featuring 3-in-1 luxurious high-pressure shower systems including a rainfall showerhead, dual nozzle jet body sprays, and a detachable showerhead.


Outside firepit (gas is turned off and firepit is covered when rain is expected the week of visit) and BBQ outside kitchen area.

The windows and sliding doors are all covered in an infrared blocker to keep the condo 33% cooler/efficient. Please keep in mind that there is not a lot of sun on the building pool during the winter months but this makes for a perfect pool day in the hot months as it’s 75% under shade.

We have a blow up queen mattress with bedding for the living room if requested in advance if over 6 people have booked a stay.

Nearby spots include Taboo Beach Club, Bagatelle, Corazon and Mango Deck, Squid Roe, Crush, Mandala, Rooftop 360, Nowhere Bar, Happy Endings and Cabo Wabo are some of the many options just a few minutes walk from the condo. Other clandestine bar ideas include Cabo Outpost which is closest, or Cock’s Cantina which has an amazing glow-in-the-dark 2nd floor, fabulous passionfruit margaritas, and a DJ on weekends. The Rooftop at the Cape Hotel is a very notable mention & is beside the breathtaking Sunset da Mona Lisa restaurant.

We have excellent contacts for activities including boats, transportation, night clubs, pool parties, dining, and concerts. We have gotten to know the managers at a variety of locations & many of them are close friends, so please let us know if you are interested in any of the above. Guests can access the community pool & jacuzzi, and the community gym which is right by the community pool. We will have a roof lap pool by end of 2022) We use Cabo Elite services Transportation to and from the airport or if we want an SUV for the night. Please note there is a decibel monitor and a Blink security camera at the front door for safety. We have neighbors in the building so please be courteous with sound especially after 9pm.
Other things to note
We have a decibel monitor for sound inside the condo which does not record and a Blink camera that will see persons approaching the front door.

Please be mindful to keep outside doors closed when the AC is on, and turn AC off in rooms not in use and when leaving the property.
