Expansive views of the Paradise Divide grace this beautifully renovated condo with an open floor plan, plenty of room to entertain and two master suites, each with its own bathroom -- all adorned with unique hand-carved teak furniture! After a day on the slopes, warm up to the inviting river stone wood burning fireplace or indulge in movie night on your 62 inch Smart TV. The dining area for 6 and breakfast bar for 4 along with fully stocked kitchen are sure to accommodate your short or long-term stay.

Guests also have access to an indoor hot tub and sauna along with laundry facilities and free fire wood inside the condo building by your front door. An on-site private roundtrip shuttle service can take you anywhere on the mountain or into Crested Butte for a night on the town!

Excellent get away for skiers!

Park at the door, walk to the end of the parking lot (short) and ski downhill right to peachtree lift.Excellent location and super easy check in and out. Convenient to town for shopping and spa day.Clean accommodations and plenty of room for privacy as well as common space to hang out watch TV and play games.

Condo exceeded expectations! Walk out the door, turn left, walk 30 feet, put skis on and start skiing! Great location. Comfortable beds and spacious common area! The free shuttle service was fantastic for trips into town. Highly recommend

Perfect for our family

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Great location and easy access to the slopes. Rich and Donna are the most responsive owners who have thought of everything for their guests. When we return to CB, we will rent from Rich and Donna again.

Nice 3 bedroom unit

We came up for mountain biking and stayed here. Kitchen is well equipped, there is a hose out front to wash off bikes and there’s also a charcoal grill. Beds are very soft and everything was clean. Plenty of parking and the complex was quiet. A very nice place to stay.

Great location - perfect stay

This property was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 bedrooms. The living room was comfy. Kitchen well stocked and huge dining room table. The location can’t be beat. Walk out the door of the condo, about 10 steps out the door, and about 100 steps to ski down to the lift. Also - parking is right out front so easy to unpack and repack the car. If you are sensitive to noise - the walls are not the thickest but I would say in par to any hotel or condo. Wood burning fireplace and free wood is a huge perk too! Hot tub (a bit 1975 but clean) available for reservation so you don’t have to share with strangers.We will be back.

Crested Butte ski condo

we had a great trip to Crested Butte and stayed at this wonderful condo. Great condo for ski vacation with an area designated for ski equipment. well equipped kitchen. Communal sauna and hot tub on the 1st floor. Negatives: shower controls were partially broken - hard to control temperature. Strong burnt wood odor in the building at times- needed to run 2 loud HEPA filters so that my eyes did not water. We did not even use the fireplace in our unit.Three bedrooms and two baths.

The condo was great. Well equipped and very clean. Laundry in basement together with hot tub (indoor) and sauna. Sign up using the booking sheet on door. Memorial Day Weekend Visit

Richard and Donna's condo made for a perfect Memorial Day Weekend getaway. It had everything we needed including a very well-stocked kitchen. We ate almost all of our meals at the condo, and one evening we ate at Secret Stash Pizza - yum! It was super easy to communicate with Richard and Donna prior to and during our stay. Instructions for check-in/check-out and parking were very clear. My daughter and I hiked the beautiful Currecanti Creek Trail, about 1 hour and 20 minutes away, while my husband rode the Gunnison Growler mountain bike race on Saturday. On Sunday we mountain biked the lower and upper loop trails at Peanut Lake - always a fun ride. Mt. Crested Butte is always a delight, and we definitely recommend Richard and Donna's condo!

Excellent slope-side condo, perfect for family of 5

Condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was super clean, very comfortable, bedrooms large, had everything we needed so we didn't have to reach out to Richard and Donna much, but when we did, they were super responsive and accommodating. It was very easy to get to the slopes which is necessary for our family as we are often on different schedules and constantly in and out. Condo door is right inside the building door which, at first, we thought we wouldn't like, but it ended up being perfect... no flights of stairs in ski boots. Right inside the condo door is a spacious hallway with a long bench, large cubbies, and lots of spots for hanging gear and keeping it out of the way and out of sight. Ski racks right outside the door were wonderful too.To address a few things in other reviews... plenty of room for a family of 5. There are small TVs in the bedrooms which helped if need separation while relaxing. You can hear footsteps from above, it isn't horrible and really only noticeable early morning, white noise would drown it out. They have 2 air purifiers which we didn't run but I'd imagine would provide the white noise needed. There was a bit of a smoky smell when we first arrived but it quickly dissipated and became non-existent for the rest of our stay. I'd imagine it is because of the wood burning fire place and just needed to be aired out a bit.Bottom line, we all very much enjoyed our stay and would go back!

We absolutely LOVED Crested Butte! Overall, the condo was acceptable in most areas. Beds, pillows and living area was very comfortable, however if you have more than 2 persons, it could be a little cramped. Kitchen was well stocked and the general layout was nice with split bedrooms and bathrooms and 3rd bedroom. Bathrooms could use some updates. Here are a few notable items to consider: The condo is located on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor structure. If there is any foot traffic above, it could be quite bothersome at times. Animals are allowed in the condo. 3 dogs were left unattended above us and barked for several hours. Also, the hot tub was not operational and when asked, the owner informed me that it was for winter only. We were very disappointed. Laundry facilities are downstairs and is coin operated. The grill area was next to the front entrance beside the parking lot. There were 3 extremely well used charcoal grills, which for us were useless. The balcony is shared with adjoining condos on both sides. The on-site manager was extremely nice and helpful, especially with getting the TV satellite to work correctly.

Awesome spot! Easy entry and convenient access to the CB town shuttle. We really enjoyed the views and cozy fireplace. Plenty of kitchen tools to cook ourselves breakfast and chili! Thanks for a great stay!

Great Location

Easy access to both the resort area and downtown Created Butte. We stayed in August, but it looks like easy ski-in ski-out access with the closest lift being only about 50 yards from the building. Keep in mind that this is a Colorado property, so there is no air conditioning. We made due with windows and fans, but if you a prefer a cooler sleeping environment, you may need to get creative.

Location!

If you are looking for something right on the ski hill with great views this is it. The bedrooms are all a really good size and three king beds is practically unheard of in a rental. The check in process was super simple and the property office staff are all really helpful and friendly. They even let us borrow some sleds for our last day! The owners are super responsive and friendly. The view is amazing and you can literally walk out of the property and a couple yards to the left and put your skis on to get to the lifts. If you don’t want to do the ski in/ski out, the property shuttle was fast and easy, we had a toddler skiing for the first time so we took the shuttle everyday and it worked out great, they even dropped us off right at the ski school. I honestly can’t say enough great things about this place, it’s definitely one of the nicest places we have rented for our family ski trips. The kitchen is well stocked and the wood burning fireplace was a nice perk. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. We had a great stay and definitely will be back!

I am a many time repeat guest at this condo. It is one of the best locations in the condo facility. a 10 second walk to ski out to the Westwall lift which leads you to the base area and offers a few more last minute runs back to the condo at he end of the day. Condo is well appointed, really comfortable HUGE beds and comfy furniture. Located on the entry level, so no difficult steps (only 2) to navigate down from the main entrance to the front door. The owners, Richard and Donna are so helpful and accommodating in everyway, with followups during our stay to ensure that all was OK and that we were not in need of anything. The management staff are extremely professional, friendly and easy going. The free SUV shuttle to the base area and town area of Crested Butte is an amazing feature not to be under estimated in both value and convenience. Already planning our next trip back.

Thanks so much for letting us rent your condo - it’s so pretty! We loved it!! Only issue was there were only 5 bath towels and 1 dish towel provided for the entire week - we ended up borrowing from friends staying in a condo downstairs. A few more would be nice! Great location comfy home

Super convenient location to pop in and out for lunch. Buildings are dated but the unit has been redone. Hot Tub is in the basement, not outdoors but it was hot and comfortable. Owners are super responsive.

We feel in love with Mt Crested Butte the moment we drove into the Gunnison Valley with its unspoiled beauty, laid back community, and access to year round recreational opportunities. We know from the moment we arrived that we wanted CB to be our second home and happy family place!
