From the balcony, you can enjoy your meals whilst admiring the marine landscape. And to top it all off, the beach is just 25 metres away: you simply need to cross the road to enjoy a refreshing swim first thing in the morning.

You will first discover the living area, consisting of a lounge equipped with a sofa bed offering additional sleeping space, comfortable armchairs and a television, all with direct access to the balcony.

The dining room is located as an extension of the lounge, adjoining the kitchen. This is fully equipped to allow you to prepare your meals: oven, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher are at your disposal.



On the night side, in addition to the sofa bed, you benefit from a Queen size bed (160x200). The bathroom, meanwhile, has a washing machine as well as an iron, according to your needs.



To park, you can use the car park located just opposite the residence, visible in the photos.

Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are offered as optional extras, depending on your desired level of comfort. Any linen ordered is provided upon your arrival for the duration of your stay, with no possibility of replacement, and cleaning during your stay is outside our scope of services.
