Gulf Dunes Resort, unit 108 is a beautiful beachfront, 3 bedroom condo with a direct ocean view. The private balcony of Gulf Dunes Resort, unit 108 faces the ocean (Gulf of Mexico). Gulf Dunes Resort, unit 108 comes complete with bunk beds, a full kitchen, 2 bath, living and dining area, Standard Sofa and Love Seat, Cable TV, WiFi, and much more.
Gulf Dunes Resort, unit 108 is located above the covered parking area and has a clear view of the ocean, beach, dunes, and pool.

Included with this rental, is one set of beach chairs and umbrella,, WiFi connection, and HD TV.

This Beach Front Property is accented with Tennis Courts, a Private Gym, two Seasonally Heated Pools, and Protected Natural Dunes. There is 426 feet of Gulf Front Privacy, two private Dune walkovers with showers, and Relaxing lush tropical landscaping.

Though Destin and its attractions are only a short drive away, this stretch of Powder White Beach is much more secluded. Okaloosa Island is conveniently located 1 mile from the New Convention Center, one mile from Fort Walton, and only six gorgeous miles from Destin.

This property is professionally managed, which ensures that you will receive friendly, professional service from reservation to departure. Your vacation accommodations will be clean and functional. We loved staying at Gulf Dunes! Our condo was clean and had everything we needed. Both pools were super clean! The beach and our beach chairs that came with the condo were a bonus! We will definitely be back!

Great Space! Great Price!

This condo has great views, very clean, and easy to access the highway! We chose Okaloosa so that we could save some money but still go into Destin. This condo was perfect for that! The resort was not crowded and had very few people at the pool most days, easy parking and plenty of space for six adults and two toddlers!

Relaxing Vacation

I was our first family out of state vacation, so there were some nerves about being able to time our arrival and hoping the unit had everything we needed for our week long stay. When we walked in the unit was spotless, plus it was nice a cold already, which is always amazing. The sheets and comforters were clean as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with every item we needed to cook throughout our vacation. The view of the ocean was breathtaking and being able to have the pool in view and right by our balcony was a huge plus for when my teens wanted to go swim, because we could still talk to them and keep an eye on them. The beach access was straight through the pool and the showers were conveniently located to the side for easy rinse offs. I enjoyed the easy check in and check out process, plus having everything on an app was a plus as well. We will definitely be returning!

Relaxing stay

We stayed in Gulf Dunes 108 for a family extended weekend getaway. We had a nice stay. The condo is a little smaller than we realized because the 3rd bedroom is not really a bedroom, but a nook with a door. The ladder to get to the top bunk was basically useless because it is too close to the window. We had a few maintenance issues when we first arrived, but they were handled quickly and efficiently. Aside from that we had a great time. I like that the complex is on the smaller side, so it's. It very crowded. We also left a wallet behind and the rental agency sent it to us overnight which was very helpful.

Quiet time was very well-observed. There were no steps down to the beach which was nice for children and wagons. Could see the ocean but not the beach.

Comfy beds and pillows in bedrooms. Living room furniture needs cleaning. Overall, a good condo with easy access to ground floor, garage, and beach without having to use elevators. Gulf Dunes is in an excellent location.

Nice place for all of our family needs and then some

Great location, it fit all of the needs of a family with children, the 10 o'clock noise ordinance was obeyed by all of our neighbors, nice pool, very clean and excellent access to the beach. Grocery stores etc very close along with restaurants and everything we needed for a weeklong visit. Will definitely visit again.

Our Stay

This is our third year staying at Golf Dunes and we will be returning every summer ! Great location right on the beach . We departed leaving our grandson's blankie in the dryer and oh boy was our trip back home a disaster ! Called Sheila there at Golf Dunes to hunt down and locate the blankie thinking it's gone for good ! Sheila was great and she did exactly what she said she would ,which was her best to locate it for us . Couple days later she found it and had it shipped back to Texas for our little man . Thank you Sheila and to Golf Dunes for making our stay every year such a memorable one ! You don't ever seem to disappoint ! See you next summer !

Just like staying at your poor 80 year old grandmothers condo

This condo needs renovation. The walls are chipping, the lighting and furniture is really old and dark. I love sitting on patios, but we couldn’t do it because the paint would come off on your skin. The bunk room is so small it should be called a closet (oh and it has no closet or place to put any clothes). This unit was a huge disappointment. Kitchen pots and pans were dirty and there was only one pot holder and not enough silverware for the number of occupants it holds. There were no Champaign flutes, only 2 wine glasses and NO ice trays!

Beautiful

It is a beautiful condo. I loved how easy it was to get to the beach from the first floor. The beds are comfortable and the linens are clean! The couches and chairs weren't as comfortable. But thankfully your not spending put time sitting inside anyways. It was so easy to walk across the street for food too!

Awesome trip!

The condo was spacious and nice, and the location was fabulous! We loved the pool and also the proximity to the beach. We walked to several places close by. There was a plumbing issue, and a maintenance person came promptly and had it fixed quickly. The only other issue was the bed in the master bedroom was extremely firm. We'd love to go back soon.

Great trip

We enjoyed the Okaloosa area and the rental worked very well for the 6 of us. 1st floor (above parking) was convenient and made it easy to use the stairs when needed. Very close to the beach and walking distance to souvenir shopping, dinner and ice cream. We cooked quite a few meals and the kitchen was well stocked. Thanks for the great trip!

Spring Break Trip

The property was a great place for our family to stay during our time in Destin. The condo was walkable to the beach and shops and the views were incredible. Our only complaint was that the sliding glass door to the balcony was very hard to slide open and close. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfectly Relaxing vacation location

This vacation rental provides the perfect location for a relaxing vacation. It is an easy walk to restaurants and only steps away from the gorgeous Emerald Beach with a umbrella and chair included. The unit had everything that we needed and the property management company wise responses to any concerns we had. The pool was perfectly maintained and a great spot for an afternoon swim. You can't beat the sunrise and sunsets on the beach.
