FREE BEACH SERVICE setup for two persons (March 1- Oct 31)! Our friendly and professional beach service staff will set up 2 comfy lounge chairs and a big beach umbrella on the beach for you each day around 8:00 am and take them down around 5:00 pm. If you need extra chairs, or kayaks, they can arrange it for you.

Need jet-skis, surfboards, kite boards, pontoon boat etc.? We can help you with that also!

Big and little kids alike love the fun 'Beachy Breeze Room' second bedroom with it's new queen luxurious pillow top mattress, designer ceiling fan, mounted flat screen TV and it's own entrance to a full size bath.

The 'Surf's Up' bedroom has new twin bunkbeds and mattresses with a mounted TV for your 'Sea Dudes & Dudettes' to wind down after an action packed day at the beach, deep sea fishing, pontoon boating or at Big Kahuna's water park!

Laundry room with large capacity Elite Maytag washer, dryer, ironing board and iron inside our condo.

Gulf side, custom pool with waterfall hot tub will definitely soothe away your cares.

Our short beach walkway has shower and rinse-off station and no steps for easy access.

Located on 2nd floor(actually 3rd floor-covered parking is 1st floor).
