Big, Good for Families, a Bit Dated
This home in the country side has a lovely landscape and gives lots of privacy for family gatherings.
The furnishings are very dated, the master room bed spread looks as though it was the same one they purchased in 1982 when they bought the home. It is so dated and old my husband and I thought that dust might fly up when hitting the bedspread and were relieved it did not. They do a good job cleaning the house. The master bedframe had issues and gave us enough trouble that the property manger installed a new bedframe after our departure. So, hopefully it is no longer an issue.
If there is still a notice for a jacuzzi, note that is the master bathtub, not an outdoor jacuzzi like we had thought when purchasing the home to rent.
The home has a lot of space with multiple common areas. Including a basement which seems like it would be great for kids.
The kitchen was well equipt with a lot of things you would need including spices and herbs, foil, plastic wrap, and any serving dish or platter you might need to help feed a larger group staying.
If you are a city person and used to a certain standard in a rental, note that this is not likely going to meet your criteria. This wasn't a bad home by any means just could use some updated items around the house to make it feel less dated. If you need a place that sleeps a lot of people it is good for that purpose. My guests all enjoyed their rooms and had no complaints, I admit that I have a higher standard than others.
